We had a teacher who would put her red lipstick on and kiss the boys when they were bad.  Nothing like seeing 12 year olds scatter all over the place.

Mytime, My Mother stopped trying years before high school to wake me up.

I have to tell you that My DAD was left to do the duty of getting us " my brother and I up" because she washed her hands of it.  Well when my brother became a Sr in high school - I was a junior - all that Parental " Have to get them up " went away.

My Brother took care of it. He was a Early Riser and he had all the toys and tech in his little bedroom - 5 speakers that were over 4 feet tall and a stereo that could blow the roof off the house.

Every Morning the Pictures shook on the walls .. Every Morning the House Rocked with his song for my Brothers Senior YEAR !!  My DAD was so pissed and he could not get over it. My Brother as always won. Then my Dad got used to it and he would go with it ..and just be thankful that He was able to leave and go to work ... Everyone was UP and Adam. No Question.. If OZ cant wake you, no body can.

ssshhh...this is a secret! 

I went to a private HS.  My algebra 2 teacher came to our after prom party with a woman that looked like she was "rented" for the night.  Let's just say he "created" quite a snow storm in May.

Oh, if the "mother's guild" ever found out.     Maybe they did, he didn't come back the following year.

We all thought he was so cool too.

I went to college a few times  and I tried. But I was working too - 2 or even 3 part time jobs.  It was not my bag. I went to Business School and it was a year - 6 hours a day 5 days a week .. Good investment it was. I have gone on to other education as well and became licensed in other areas - skin care.

There are no promises in College - Unless you have a true Passion and conviction and are to  become a Doctor, or a person of that caliber, Medical, science, law " Meaning having a true destination and becoming certified for your Minds worth" .. and actually go through with it and become it.

Yet, when you randomly go to college with no focus in hand - It really is up to the " student" to prove or chose what is to be of interest. And a lot has to due with the Teacher as well. Maybe the Student has a great wonder of a certain subject and finds the teacher to be a total dud.  Its such a crap shoot.  With a lot of Money at risk. With 30 percent interest if you have a student loan.

And in my Day, you could go out and get a job and stay with it for 20 or more years with a healthy salary and retire from it...without a college education.  Not so much any more.  That is unheard of today.  It is amazing how times have changed. And its has not been that long. Not when you think about it. Scary too.
