I went to college a few times  and I tried. But I was working too - 2 or even 3 part time jobs.  It was not my bag. I went to Business School and it was a year - 6 hours a day 5 days a week .. Good investment it was. I have gone on to other education as well and became licensed in other areas - skin care.

There are no promises in College - Unless you have a true Passion and conviction and are to  become a Doctor, or a person of that caliber, Medical, science, law " Meaning having a true destination and becoming certified for your Minds worth" .. and actually go through with it and become it.

Yet, when you randomly go to college with no focus in hand - It really is up to the " student" to prove or chose what is to be of interest. And a lot has to due with the Teacher as well. Maybe the Student has a great wonder of a certain subject and finds the teacher to be a total dud.  Its such a crap shoot.  With a lot of Money at risk. With 30 percent interest if you have a student loan.

And in my Day, you could go out and get a job and stay with it for 20 or more years with a healthy salary and retire from it...without a college education.  Not so much any more.  That is unheard of today.  It is amazing how times have changed. And its has not been that long. Not when you think about it. Scary too.

I look around me and wonder how do all these people have so much???   I have all I can do to keep a roof over my head, and four small walls.   When I was younger it was so much easier to have a life.  just sayin.

When I was in high school, I had the worst attention record per the Vice Principal.  And my poor mother hated waking me up.  Oh, the fights we had.   

Attendance??   ADD??

probably a case of undiagnosed ADHD!  Jackie says I talk too fast for her...but do I really?...or is she just too slow for me?

When I was in high school I bearly made it out 

I had those mean nuns that pinched hard! I hated it!!  But I loved college!!   

Are you talking about that boarding school in Italy?

Oh Snap ... I finally watched the " Movie" not so long ago. I was never a Fan of the show.
Was just too way over the top for me.

Mytime your words - are too funny.  Every time " the few times I watched" they mentioned a designer of clothing or shoes I have to say .. I just let it roll by ..because I could never afford them, nor would I want them.

Not reality to me. 

My Era was skin tight jeans / baggies - high tops, black hats yes I wore them, and Dancing .. that was my Good times. They all ended lol ..when I became a Mama.

I will never look back though and say - I could have
