Newsie....you can adjust the print on the kindle...it is also nice to read while sitting outside since it keeps the print clear...does not fade or whatever like a computer or other mechanical items do in the sun...or take on the glare....whatever...you know what I mean right...?
the kindle is awesome...now I have heard that the Sony reader lets you download up to 200 books for free to get your library started..The Amazon store for Kindle has a large library...you can download the best sellers and they are cheaper than buying the book in stores...very cool!

Hi you all! I am hooked on Tea this summer too. So much better for us than sodas, IMHO. I also love the Slurpees from 7-11

I got a Kindle the other day. I think I am going to love it! I hope it is as easy to use as the instructions sound. It is amazing all it does. Does anyone have one? Is it really as easy as it seems?

Hey you!

Sweet tea is OK, but I love the plain. I have some of those 50's aluminum glasses and matching pitcher. Plain ice tea over crushed ice and I'm in heaven!  an angelic monkey

OH, my gosh,  I sure remember those glasses.  They always had a different smell to them for me...they sure kept things cold.   I am a Georgia born gal, so I have to have my tea sweet with no lemon!

I use any fruit in my sweet tea.  This week it is clementines.

Hi All!

Sweet Tea is the housewine of the South. I like it plain with lemon and a Splenda pack. I love it 1/2 and 1/2 with lemonade and crushed ice. Just add a straw and I'm set!

Around here the clementines are from Spain, and are YUMMY!!! They come in miniature wooden crates and they're expensive, but I just have to have them when they're in season!

Good Evening Monkeys ...............

Hail Hail CBB ...
Your new avatar reminds me of the old Cecil B. DeMille Movies - Ten Commandments in particular.  I have seen it 20 times at best. When anyone watches it next time, pay attention. One of the main women that is throughout the movie " Who was so incredibly Beautiful" became known as Lily Munster. Yvonne De Carlo.. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0049833/
Her name was Sephora. ( the clip below is from a Cleopatra)

How was everbody's weekend?

My was really really nice.  Son's birthday.  I watched my favorite little ones while they went to dinner.  Than we had the birthday cake.  Oh, and family I haven't seen in years stopped by.  So, the Mary's are happy too.
