i had to do my shopping last night, people were so nasty they almost overturned a lady in a wheel chair... not going out today  - anything I forgot we will live without....

I am going to try some new recipes from the SM cookbook.....

 Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

Well, here they are too friendly and will want to stop and chat for twenty minutes.  Not rude at all but takes too much time where everybody knows everybody.  They want to know which kids will be there, how the broken arm is, am I going to be a grandmother.  No but maybe next year I will.

Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy At least I hope, that's the plan.  Then they want to know your menu!!  It never ends but think I prefer that to rude.  Can't do rude either Mrs Red!  My sister is cooking Thanksgiving dinner.  I just have to have things for other meals.  And she doesn't want me to bring anything like I am a bad cook or something.

,

.

I like the whole chatty thing... LOL!!!!   I hate rude... hate it...

as for your sister not letting you bring anything, if she's like my sister it's so she can sigh and tell us all how hard she worked... and I usually smile and have another glass of wine while I tell her how great everything was as I saunter into the living room... I like to give her what she wants! Laughing  Laughing

Have the sis's taken the drama queen test yet?

Well, IF it's referencing the aru-bay pond video it's even more interresting.  That video, smallmovie17, wasn't uploaded to the aru-bay site until June 15, 2005.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Monkeys -- scared or otherwise Very Happy

And now -- before I start peeling and cubing the 5lbs of sweet potatoes -- allow me to be a bit cynical, please.

Does anyone REALLY believe that this poster Lazlo or Victor is actually getting inside information from the DeVries team Question

That the DeVries team is going to confide in someone who will turn around and post the info on the internet Question

Well, maybe.

As soon as my Dutch speaking friend comes by, I'm going to call Mr DeVries as well to see what he will share with me -- and I will share it with all of you (and everyone else who reads this pucblic forum).

But it will have to wait until I get off the phone with the White House first Rolling Eyes

With that kind of cynicism, you'd probably have me believe that the responses to my letters to Senators Durbin and Obama are not from them personally!  Hmmmph.

This was posted today at FOB by TJEERD.  Tjeerd claims to have been also speaking with the De Vries people but stopped obruptly when it appeared the De Vries team were focusing on JK2 as the guilty parties.  Here Tjeerd is responding to a post regarding that letter that was supposed to be from Natalee which we know was BS:

Tjeerd wrote:

I did mention the letters to Van der Spek in Oktober and told him he had to inform the NFI (Dutch Forensensic Institute) in Rijswijk. I don't think the letters are of any value because they were never mentioned again after NFI researched the DNA.  I agree with MF De Vries has only knowledge of what is current available information in the mainstream press and websites. My guess is De Vries could be  focussing on Paul van der Sloot, a former suspect.

Can we tell where it was posted from??  I just think if it was a mislead, they would have repeated it or tried again when no one responded. One of those things, that looking back, makes me go...hmmmmm.

I would think more about it, if it came from Aruba.

Happy Thanksgiving to all Monkeys far and wide and of course, to the H/T families.

Remember the days when we used to debate the political correctness of saying we should boycott Aruba...or not?

Have we thoroughly digested Julia Renfro's purported links to pornography?  We tiptoed around that one for a while.

I still wonder why a tear came to Paulus' eye when Dave told him that if Joran was involved, Dave would forgive him.  Joran and Paulus are knee-deep...and I'll be shocked if the show reports anything differently.

Justice for Natalee.

I hope he's right.  Paulus is in this up to his eyeballs and it's absurd that his friends in the judiciary gave him money for two days in jail when at the very least he did nothing to get J2K to go to the police and tell the truth within the first 48 hours.
