All Dompig had to do was pick up the phone and make a phone call to allow the US ships to come in.

And he failed to do so.

After Tim and Dave left Aruba thinking it was all moving forward.

And now...............a possible connection between Dompig and the pond witness hoaxter to, ONCE AGAIN, detract from an Ocean search.

Isn't the Office of the OM normally in the Courthouse?  Remember Paulus still had an office there as well right up until the time the warrant to collect DNA from Joran so mysteriously vanished?  Only after that little incident was Paulus evicted from sharing space with the Prosecution or at least in the immediate vicinity.  Barn door/horse.

We do have the evidence that it's someone in an office, using a server that Governmental agencies use.  And if no one posting with this person actually has a conscience left (which is looking to be the case) then we'll find out which office it is by other means.
