My dog, Hudson, did burglary last night.  I am so embarrassed.
He is a big muscular 85 lb boy and he is blue.
He knows how to turn a doorknob.
I couldn't get him in last night, so I went to bed, figuring he would come in shortly.

The people about a quarter mile away brought him home at about 7:00AM.
He had walked right into their house during the night.
Their dog was in season.

There  is an injection the female can get to prevent pregnancy but she has to get it really fast.  I forget but think first week as pups only take 9 weeks.

Otherwise, you will be knitting pink and blue little leashes!  But grandpups are fun because just like grandkids, you don't have to take care of them.

No they aren't mad....it was a cousin's house.  He was too early, I think.

Hudson is now going to the cemetary three times a day to walk no other outside time for him

Oh, good, Magnolia, that they are not mad at you.  He is very clever and may try to do this again, however.  I have read that dogs could tell up to a mile away but sort of never believed that.  Now I do.  Having a female Yorkie, I will be sure to keep the door locked!  I was thinking maybe one more litter but living so close with other breeds of dogs, maybe not.

I had to use the skater...I need cool when it is still 108 here!   

Magnolia, sounds like your dog may have done more than just commited breaking and entering last night!

In his defense, Hudson has no idea that what he did was wrong, just the opposite in fact.  What he did was right by instinct.


AZSunny, I heard on the news that the overnight low in some parts of your region was 92.  The LOW during the night.
