Good evening Monkeys.  Checking in.  I have wireless in the condo in Gulf Shores that I am staying at.

Went shopping today----boughts LOTS of stuff.  Alabama had a tax free day for back to school shopping and clothes were on sale.  It was fun.  I spent about $130 and had 2 full bags of shirts, shorts, blouses.  It was fun.  Some tops were just $6.00 as they were having 50% off sale also.

Tomorrow on to Biloxi, MS to the Casinos.

It is very hot here.  Today 93 degrees with heat index of 101.  No good weather to sit on beach so I sit on the balcony so I can come in and cool off.

Yes, we had all weekend without sales tax on certain things like school supplies and clothing and computers.  State does that once a year every year.

But you have that nice ocean breeze!  We had heat index 107 yesterday.  Actual degrees only in the 90's but the humidity is awful.  Can't stand it myself so know you must hate it.

Hope you're enjoying your stay Bluemoon!

I am enjoying it.

I thought of Beth and Natalee as we came through Birmingham yesterday.  Boy the traffic on the Interstate was unreal.  I don't know how Beth stands the traffic.  It is very dangerous driving through that city.

Agree, I hate to drive in Birmingham, too, but the people who live there get used to it.  I don't know how but they do.

Good luck at the Casino tomorrow and glad you are having a nice time.

Blue Moon .... thank you for thinking about us and taking the time to share.  It sounds like you got an excellent value for your bucks in that shopping spree.

Up until a few years ago I would could drive anywhere without a consideration ... whether it was familiar territory (Vancouver BC) or ... unfamiliar territory (Seattle, Wash).

It must be age but ... other than east of the Fraser River (Port Mann Bridge) to Hope BC ... my hubby ... for the most part ... does all the driving.  But even this guy is becoming more cautious.

Three years ago we rented a vehicle at the airport when we took eldest grandsons to Disneyland in California and ... this guy navigated those mazes of freeways and overpasses with ease.  However ... this week we are taking eldest grandsons' siblings (6/8) to visit Mickey and Minnie and ... shuttle buses are where it is at.  Hubby claims he does not feel confident driving in the Los Angeles area ... unfamiliar territory and ... the awesome responsibility afforded us by daughter and SIL implies a choice not to get behind that wheel has been made.

Blue Moon ... I hope you win lots of money.  You and hubby enjoy each other's company.  Vacations are a great time to reconnect.  The everyday distractions of life are left behind at home.

1.5 million dollars,1.5 million dollars!Louis Schaefer just took his shareholders to the bank for over a HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS,give or take a few cents.Louis Schaefer & John Silvetti work with, and are friends of those that operate and own BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES.With these people and Tim Miller's name i personnaly don't believe it would take much time to raise 1.5 million dollars but, what do i know!

Following the Persistence betrayal ... I will not blindly donate any substantial amount of monies to an organization or trust fund where there is no financial accountability in regards to how donated funds are distributed.

In February, 2008 ... Kyle Kingman was soliciting monies for TES to underwrite the ongoing dives of targets that had yet to be investigated while ... at the same time ... posting at the Natalee's Freebird forum that it would be a cosmic WTF if Natalee's remains were not in the trap ... the remains that John Silvetti handed over to the enemy unchallenged.

This was a scam if ever there was one.

Janet

I received an email this morning requesting backup to my allegations.

DECEITFUL FUND RAISING?

THE SEARCH FOR NATALEE HOLLOWAY

Kyle Kingman - 02/15/2008
Although we have searched and ruled out an extensive portion of the original planned search area, a substantial portion of the high-probability area yet remains to be explored. We therefore formally invite and request anyone who this humanitarian effort has touched to get involved and to help support the remaining search efforts. IN FEB. KYLE WAS IN THE UNITED STATES TRYING TO SOLICIT THE SELLING OF THE ROV IMAGES OF THE TRAP/CAGE
Kyle: I've talked with Peter Shouten numerous times back in February. He hasn't seen anything but knows about the blue fabrics. DeVries and Endemol was interested in purchasing the ROV footage and I was working between them, ABC, and CBS to strike a deal.

IF THERE IS NOTHING IN THE CAGE THEN WHY ALL THE HOOPLA OVER THE CAGE ROV IMAGES
Klye said: "The next step:
I will soon propose a meeting with Beth and other family members, myself, Tim Trahan, Peter DeVries, and whomever else necessary to go over the ROV video, contents, and case status. I would like a couple people very familiar with the case documents also present to help connect dots during the meeting. I would prefer meeting towards the end of April or mid-May to allow adequate time for things to shake themselves out if is going to. If necessary, I have an ABC (20/20) and CBS (early show) film crew ready and willing to take part in such a meeting should it require press coverage. I've already had a meeting with ABC about this and they are "definitely interested" at the executive level. We met in mid-Feb about this already. The question becomes timing, who needs to be there, and whether or not it's covered by the press. I prefer not, but it may be useful. DeVries doesn't need to be there in my opinion but he's good for ratings and helps ABC be cooperative if needed.

I remember something Frank posted long ago that applies for me.

No Sloot, no justice.

I can't follow all the corporate conglomerates.  I don't think it matters as they use different one for each job and different people come and go with the various companies within that industry.  They work for one one time and another the next.

But am I following correctly that Silvetti says TES is in charge of fund raising and TES says Louis Schaeffer is?

And maybe I should say Tim Miller instead of TES because TES does searches, etc. separately in many parts of the country.

Well, Janet, that has got to be a first, asking YOU to back up something.  I thought the usual complaint was you backed it up too much!

Just goes to show how you can't please everybody.  I have always thought the good thing about your backup was that it made it easy to find later.  But that's just me.  Maybe the person who sent you the email doesn't read here very much because I don't see how anybody could say you don't back up.

And I just want to post this new monkey, doesn't mean anything about the above post or anything other than I think it is cute.

Thanks Kermit.

We do not leave until Friday.  Six year old grandson ... who had a sleepover with us last night ... spent a good part of the evening making a list of all the treasures he wants to include in his Pokeman backpack that he will be carrying onto the plane.  He is excitedly  crossing off the days until departure on the calendar.

That has always been my thinking.  Why would they try to sell the footage of Johan's giant crab in trap?
If it were not Natalee's remains there would have been no trying to sell the footage.....no plans of meeting with Beth.
They were just looking for the most money they could get .  Bunch of greedy losers. IMO

To tell the truth ... the person who emailed me is filled in completely.  She knew that there was a solicitation by Kyle Kingman in February designating funds to TES but ... did not have the backup.

At least I know that somebody is paying attention to my posts and not just scrolling by what is perceived as roboposting.  Something akin to that poster's comment the other day on the forum war site.

I think there is a strong desire on the part of some for us to just stop discussing Natalee's disappearance entirely.  Perhaps they think then tourism would return to Aruba.  Maybe they even think they could try the insurance scam routine they used on Max de Vries' disappearance again if there was no current discussion on the internet.

Perhaps personal attacks on those still posting will be their MO this time.  Again.  And they may succeed with some small forums but SM is too large to just shut down.  The other threads alone would continue to carry it but as long as it is here, there are those of us who will continue to look, research and post no matter what they do.

Just saying. . . . .

Heat Index 105 today and 110 tomorrow.  A/C running non stop and still muggy inside even.  A nap is where it's at for me now.

When the following is considered ... why was Kyle Kingman soliciting funds and designating those funds to TES in February, 2008.  Obviously ... he felt strongly that something case related was in that trap.

Also ... what did Tim Trahan have to contribute to the collaboration that left John Silvetti "out of the loop" ... Tim Trahan who was the December 30th diver who saw nothing ... Tim Trahan who was "out of the country" on January 7th when the Aruban divers took sole possession of the trap's contents?
_________

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:
The Persistence had no divers on the 7th. Tim Trahan was our diver on the 30th-Dec, but he was out of the country at the time.

Kyle Kingman:   Well, it's all going to happen. The big card will soon be played. I just had a secret meeting with Tim Trahan and by proxy, Louis Shafer. Tomorrow, Tim Trahan will get in touch with Beth Holloway in regards to the trap footage and missing evidence. We're getting geared up to play the conspiracy cover-up card on Aruba and force the bogus investigation out into the open. We believe the trap footage may be the missing piece which will raise a BIG question in the minds of the public everywhere.  We're in the process of figuring out how to produce and spin the story most accurately and most effectively. Also, and completely independant and unrelated, John will be in Aruba tomorrow and will report soon. This is a different issue. He knows nothing of what we're about to do with the footage.

Kyle Kingman:  Differences has also caused a rift between Tim Trahan/Louis and myself with John (although John and I remain close friends and colleagues). The result is Tim, Louis and I are moving forward and John [Silvetti] is left out of the loop. Tim Trahan has allied himself with me. What John's doing in Aruba, I am not entirely sure now although I know it's got to do with the pond search and some business relations. loathe the thought of going around John with the trap info but that's Tim's decision, not mine. It was Tim who wanted me involved in where we are going now

Page 219: I have to make difficult choices every day.  I have to make a conscious decision every morning when I wake up not to be bitter, not to live in resentment and let anger control me.  It's not easy.  I ask God to help me.
