In the bottom picture, he does have a tag on like the one that the visitors wore that could be seen in one of the lightened pictures of the man in the red shirt sitting in another shot from the Dateline show.  

I'm still just not sure it's him!  

I'm so tired of trying to figure out who all those people are.

I am not going to try to persuade you or anything, but how many men aboard that ship were wearing the same clothes and baseball cap the same color who looks just like John Silvetti.
