Aruba

Tomorrow last chance appeal

30 Jul, 2009, 13:56 (GMT -04:00)

ORANGE CITY - The Public Prosecutor (OM) has until tomorrow the time to appeal against the decision of the Court of First Instance on triple murderer Eugene Lampe.

The killer was almost two weeks ago 18-year sentence imposed in place the required lifelong. Theory Lampe released within 11 years. The OM was then implying "absolute disagreement with the punishment of the court." However, the OM understand the pronunciation. Chris Lejuez, lawyer Lampe, had already know it will not appeal against the ruling.

The court was then held in this account with the report of the Pieter Baan Centrum Lampe stating that "greatly reduced" allocation is open. The Court found that there is only a 'small piece' debt may be filed by Lampe. The judge wanted to, although no system in Aruba is forcing nursing, no higher punishment for the society longer Lampe 'protection'. Society, the consequences of the lack of posting (TBS) for themselves, said the judge.

It has been a while for me... (Major Knee Reconstructive Surgery). Ouch !!!

Looks like not too much has changed...

The crime was fairly simple...
The cover-up has been never-ending...
Totals: Crime(4hrs). Cover-up(4years and counting).

Aruba did not expect the relentlessness of this family. The security guards almost got framed. Aruba thought it could wipe this under the rug. Once the international media got hold of it, though, their goose became cooked.

I like this theory (of course, plus or minus some details):
*PVDS/JVDS at casino with NH and friends.
*J2K arrive about an hour before close of CnC
*Bartender spiked alcoholic drink served to NH, compliments of JVDS
*J2K use a taxi driver scheme
*J2K drive around, drug begins to take full effect
*Secluded, non-tourist spot reached (rock scene?) or SlootHome
*Sexual assault / NH expires (in 2K vehicle/at SlootHome).
*Panic. PVDS immediately takes over.
*Alibis. Online chats, porn site downloads, etc..
*Break-in at Fisherman's huts. Withdrawl from PVDS account.
*Body is temporarily hidden. Heavy, Messy Body.
*630AM call. A long night for J2K and PVDS. No school / no work.
*10AM - Paulus - long line at CMB. Meeting with Jacobs / Straaten.
*Then, poolside meeting. PVDS / J2K. No Body, No Case.
*3PM - Paulus. CMB Bank. Meeting with CCroes?
*5-8PM Racquet Club / Gym Bag / Tennis Instructions. Bag of Evidence and meeting with Gottenbos (The Boat). Disposal at Sea...
*830PM PVDS searching "Drugs+Alcohol on Internet. JVDS "out in public"
*1000PM Heads up given to PVDS. PVDS informs J2K.
*Group arrives, wild gooses around island. Game has already been fixed.
*DK,JVDS,PVDS talk to Jacobs/VanderStraaten and re-group from wild night.
*DK car at Bubali. (BHT sees car at 8AM and 1230PM unmoved behind station). Needs cleaning. Forensics not done until 6/9.
*Disinformation campaign in full force. Designed to confuse and mislead - Cloud waters with wild rumors.
*Arrest of security guards. Major international media attention. Next, a 10 day "surveillance" period. Working, behind scenes, for 10 days hard-core. Aruba can stall no longer and must arrest J2K.
*Clean-up crews employed. Disinformation campaign continues and never stops.
*Aruban reporters: Arlene, Tito, Ruben - "Aruba justice this, Aruba justice that"
*Mockery interrogations. Unexplainable ALE behavior.
*Blocked assistance by other outside accredited international agencies. Easier to cover.
*Aruba gets feeling hurt by threat(s) of boycott.
*Becomes an "Us" vs. "Them" game. Aruba, as a whole, clams up and unites.
*Network expands. Government, ATA, AHATA, Whole Country vow to do the same.
*Tourism allows a lot of underground business to flourish. Real money enables Illegal Money.

Disinformation…Use your imagination: party at LVR, chat sessions online, bloody bathtub, catch the bus or not, go to school or not, Freddy camera, muddy JVDS, fresh concrete at Sloot home, school headmaster, furniture delivery truck at Sloot home, blocked Sloot search, weak interrogations, blood to chocolate in DK car, switched DK car, rumored sex parties (JM,JR, and other elders), CAPS, SHango, Simian, Clyde Burke, VanderStraaten, Jossy, Schippers, Renfro, Judges, Dompig, Jansen, Mos, Richardson, Jacobs, Oduber, Croes,, Posner, growing suspect lists - VanCromvoirt, SCroes, Guido, Koen, Freddy, Max(es), LVR, mysterious necktie death, Harley guy found dead, natural bridge goes down, bloody mattress, CharlesCroes and his phone connections, and on and on - too many to name. The bigger the cloud, the more ambiguous it becomes.

About Jossy…He is a double agent. No doubt about it for me. Let me clarify (briefly)...
I am certain he sees the grief caused unto the Holloway family. Therefore, he has helped them along the way and probably has good intentions. However, he lives in Aruba. He is connected to Aruba. His longtime residency has allowed him to know the good and the bad. The island is too small and he is too large to be involved. Of course he knows what happened, but unfortunately, has chosen not to place himself at the center. He is smart enough not to snitch on his associates. Dogs never shit where they eat. A corny, yet true, adage. Not to single out Jossy, b/c there are others who fit this bill.

About the ocean search…A trap was stolen from the huts. Joran admitted to a disposal at sea (whether you believe him or not). Persistence came to Aruba to search for a cage in the ocean with possible NH remains. They indeed accomplished their mission by locating it. Kyle, Tim Miller both said (based off their expertise) that human remains appeared to be inside the cage. Certain (unwanted) members were removed from the vessel and deemed liabilities.
Suspected shady characters are aboard the Persistence, including HansMos. CAPSLOCKWIZARD appeared and began a disinformation campaign. (In hindsight, CAPSLOCKWIZARD was proved to be full of shit). ALE arrived in a smaller boat, dove the cage, recovered its contents, and left the scene. The trap was deemed to be irrelevant.
Why wouldn't the ALE divers bring the trap aboard the Persistence for all to see? They contained questionable items and zip lock bags in a cage. Then, ROV images leaked to the net. It surely was not hermit crabs sealed in sandwich baggies. No one has ever cared to clarify the (possible) misunderstanding.

AND that my friends is it in a nutshell?  Thanks Buckshot, you have summed it up completely.  I totally agree with you on all poinits.

Sorry about your knee surgery.  Ouch!  Hope you get well soon.  Good to see you again.

Kyle Kingman - In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman: Just before Christmas they are contacted by a detective and his brother who gave them information that turned out to be the correct latitude

Kyle Kingman:  While we were searching shortly before Christmas, we were contacted by an Aruban detective who was involved in the Holloway case.  He claimed that his brother had a vision about Natalee˘s body offshore and had coordinates. He and his brother agreed to meet on the Persistence. The detective˘s brother gave what he thought were coordinates, but turned out to be a line of latitude. This latitude aligned with Arashi beach and came within a half mile of the fish trap.

Kyle Kingman:  IF a keydetective's brother knew the latitude the trap was disposed at or very near, then it's probable the detective knew the same.

Kyle Kingman:  The detective and his brother were both brown-skinned, but not black.

Kyle Kingman:  the detective was very internet and computer savy, which was unusual for the bulk of the Polis.

Kyle Kingman:  It seemed he knew who I was when we were introduced, and said something indicating he had been reading the blog.

Kyle Kingman:  The brother of the detective came to us and was very persistent over the information. He was almost in tears and just had to "clear his conscience" about it.  His brother, the detective came with him to 'validate him'.

Kyle Kingman:  I think he used his brother and gave us only the amount of information he felt we needed to come across the trap.  Basically, by using his brother and claiming the information he shared was only based on a vision, it distances the detective from responsibility and makes it hard to point back to him should it be a problem later.

Kyle Kingman:  However, this man was intelligent enough, cared about the case, yet was self implicated to a high enough level to want to be kept his knowledge a secret. He spoke well enough english and knew everything in my opinion.

Kyle Kingman:  The implications of this are tremendous. If true, it means that the early investigators knew where and how Natalee was disposed and it was kept secret and covered up.

Kyle Kingman:  Since the trap was only in 90ft of water and the detective knew about the latitude, did the Polis already know if it's location prior to the search?

Kyle Kingman:   The tip Dave got said the trap was 2-3 miles offshore. I found this one 2-3 miles offshore. 2.1-2.2 miles if memory serves.

Kyle Kingman:  The detective originally wouldn't meet with us and only wanted us to meet with his brother. We convinced him to meet along with his brother and made him feel as comfortable as possible. He reluctantly agreed but wouldn't talk.

Kyle Kingman:  After a while the detective started asking some questions and loosened up a bit. With the pointed questions he asked he proved he knew a lot, but we didn't press him

Kyle Kingman:  "Here's a shocker: the confession from one of the former suspects I was refering to was NOT Joran.

TIM MILLER:
... Gerold Dompig actually told us when Dave and I was over there; that he felt that Natalee was out in the water, that the night the fishermen's hut was broken into, a knife was stolen, a rope was stolen and a large crab trap was stolen.

Gerold Dompig's words were "Natalee was put in that crab trap, they put rocks in it and they took her out 3 to 5 miles and she's 800 to 1,000 feet deep" and we always thought about the water anyhow.

This one struck me this morning.  I know there are quotes from Kyle about rocks having been in that cage, and his opinion of why.

BUMPED

JEEEEEEEN!!!

I have no clue Janet.  Since Jossy said he's known him for quite some time, I would guess that means he's not some young kid.

Everybody born on Aruba is considered Dutch, whatever their heritage.

How did Caps know where to dive when he said that he dove down and the cage was still in place?

Kyle Kingman:
I believe her left arm was outstretched with her legs slightly bent. I did not edit the legs.  I believe the tarp was placed over her and tucked around her, or perhaps tied down. I believe there are several rocks laying on the sand which were placed on the tarp, or inside the tarp over her body which explains their unusual location.  Either way, the proportions appear promising.

Kyle Kingman: In my opinion, everything inside, on, and around the trap indicates the whole operation was done very fast and without a lot of thought or preparation. This doesn't look like a job performed by experts.

Kyle

When the recovery of the trap contents is considered ... your own words implicate only John Silvetti as a "conspirator" ... a "conspirator" who afforded the enemy unchallenged possession of what may have been Natalee Holloway's remains for his own personal benefit.

In your own words ... Tim Trahan, Louis Schaefer and your part in the conspiracy came later.

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:
Kermit and the rest of them not only betrayed my trust and the confidentiality agreement, she continued to post slanderous accusations and used some of my own words, thoughts, and opinions out of context to peddle her adjenda and make the search team look like a bunch of conspirators with John and I at the helm! John hasn't spoken to me since all this nonsense exploded. I've worked with him since Hurricane Katrina. He's been one of my best and trusted clients and friends. This may have destroyed our relationship and therefore affected my ability to provide for my family, which includes my daughter... who we named after Natalee. When will the madness end?

On that post where he threatened to burn Klaas' and Kermit's house he said that the
Monkeys had a terrible effect on his family like.  I wondered then if he had gotten a divorce.
Just like him to blame everybody else for his shortcomings.
OR maybe it was when he invited DEBBIE to stay with him in Aruba because she had no money for her own room.

People you have error logs on a forum that tells you when you put in your password wrong if you did not save it .
Error logs don't lie.
Putting in a wrong password goes into a file called error log.
Any Admin that is a piece of shit can figure out what your password should be by trying a few combinations and BINGO she is in
Debbie did this to my friend and not only took her password ,and user name she tried to hack her personal email account.
This site owner went to his lawyer. and I also have the proof with Debbie's email address on it showing it was her that was doing this.

On that post where he threatened to burn Klaas' and Kermit's house he said that the
Monkeys had a terrible effect on his family like.  I wondered then if he had gotten a divorce.
Just like him to blame everybody else for his shortcomings.

Do we have a link for that one ,because he was going to the Deep South to get someone else.
They went to the FBI with all of his threats.

Was it me?

He was always going on about me for some reason.  I was never sure why I was a target for him.  Just attributed it to irrational behavior on his part.  I always found it very interesting that he targeted me as did certain former posters here and wondered if it was on their behalf.
