Jackie has a raccoon on her porch and he won't leave!!   

  That's better than a skunk!!!!!

True!!  But her dogs can't get outside and her cigarettes are out there!   

She didn't sound happy! 

What, no BB Gun?     

I guess not.  I think they have a shotgun though!   

Can they get outside from the back of the house? If they can tell her to try and take some leftovers out to the side walk and see if they will go for them. That or take a pot and spoon and bang on it at the door.

They have tried.  Nothing is working.  Her husband even hit him with a broom!   

That doesn't sound right.  Could he have rabies??  They should be careful.

They need to call animal control if they can't scare him off. It's not good that he is not getting scared and running off. He might be sick and that's not good.
