· Jessie disappeared from North Las Vegas, Nevada between March 28th and April 3rd, 2006.

· She was last seen at 1009 Cornerstone Place with her “boyfriend” Peter Todd.  Peter, a pimp, has a prior conviction for spousal assault.

· Prior to her disappearance Jessie traveled to Nevada, New York and Florida with Donald Vaz.

· She was recruited in Calgary by Yvonne Hubrechtsen to work in Las Vegas.

· Jessie may have fallen victim to an international human trafficking ring.

JESSIE'S TIMELINE

May 2005: Jessie Foster moves to Las Vegas

November 2005: Foster goes back to Kamloops to visit her family for the holidays.

Dec. 25, 2005: Her family drives her to the airport for her 3 p.m. flight back to Las Vegas.

March 28, 2006: Foster was last seen alive in north Las Vegas with her boyfriend Peter Todd. Her credit cards and bank account have not been touched since.

Jessie was ruled out by DNA as being this bust of a UID (found in Kilgore, Tex. on Oct. 29, 2006) We call her Kilgore Jane Doe.

The Bottom Line to this story is that TODD is a PIMP..
 He is NOT an American citizen. 
He mudered her or he sold her off. either of which is a crime.
He was never arrested or questioned.. He left the United States..

The human trafficking report mentions nothing of Americans taken from the United States and forced into conditions of forced sexual servitude in other nations.
As far as I can tell the American government thinks that Abductions of American citizen for such purposes is a non issue..

Can some of you read those reports also and let us know what you found..

My point is this..

IF Jesse Foster was taken outside the United States and SOLD by her PIMP boyfriend.. As far as the United States Government is concerned it never happens..

In defense of that ..
I have been looking for American victims for 4 years on a constant basis..
I have a few possible cases but no confirmed cases of this ever happening to a U.S. Citizen.

The one case I do have has almost been justified in the report..
Amy Bradley who's photo did in fact show up on a web site advertising Adult vacations on Margarita island..Which is owned by Venezuela but controlled by the Arab community that does occupy most of Margarita island..

Venezuelan women and girls are trafficked within the country for commercial sexual exploitation, lured from poor interior regions to urban and tourist areas such as Caracas and Margarita Island. Victims are often recruited through false job offers, and subsequently coerced into prostitution. Some Venezuelan children are forced to work as street beggars or as domestic servants. Venezuelan women and girls are trafficked transnationally for commercial sexual exploitation to Mexico, in addition to Caribbean destinations such as Trinidad and Tobago, the Netherlands Antilles, and the Dominican Republic. A common trafficking route is for victims to transit Curacao en route to The Netherlands and other countries in Western Europe. Men, women, and children from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and Asian nations such as the People's Republic of China are trafficked to and through Venezuela, and may be subjected to commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor. A more recent trend appears to be increased human trafficking activity in Venezuela’s Orinoco River Basin area and border regions of Tachira State, where political violence and infiltration by armed rebel groups are common.

The Government of Venezuela does not fully comply with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking; however, it is making significant efforts to do so. Despite these overall significant efforts, the government did not show evidence of progress in convicting and sentencing trafficking offenders and providing adequate assistance to victims; therefore, Venezuela is placed on Tier 2 Watch List.

Thanks so much, pink angel! I've met Jessie's mom too and you're right, she's a lovely lady who dearly loves her daughter and is desperate to find her. I do hope she will join us here, she'll be a great asset to the site and I so hope this will make many more people aware of the search for Jessie!

Oh, and Edward, just thought I should mention....Jessie Foster is not an American citizen, she's a Canadian who was living in Las Vegas when she disappeared.

Jessie originally traveled to Las Vegas to visit a friend. I don't think she had a green card Edward.

Todd, the guy Jessie was living with (who is believed to be a pimp)
said Jessie stayed with him on and off and he thinks she’s now working as a decoy for the police, or has gone underground to avoid being deported for prostitution offenses.

Which would also leave me to believe that she didn't have a green card.

I honestly believe Todd did something to Jessie or knows something about Jessie's disappearance. Common sense leads anyone in that direction. jmo

Without a doubt pink angel, I think you are correct.

I hope everyone understands my point or maybe one of you can find a list..

I have never found a list of united states citizens believed to have been kidnapped and removed from the united states and believed to being held for ransom or otherwise including forced human servitude "slavery"

I am aware of the fact the various families seek answers to missing family members who they believe are being held as slaves or as prisoner in Saudi Arabia.
I have photos of these family members in protest outside of an American embassy with signs and pictures of there family members.

Anyone of the missing people we research could in-fact be removed from U.S. soil and be in such conditions ..
Nobody ever goes looking beyond out borders.
That is my point.

Mom and Jessie
Jessie Foster has been missing from Las Vegas since April 2006. She is a native of Kamloops. Efforts to locate her have failed so far. Her mom, Glendene Grant has not let a day go by without searching for her Jessie. Here is her mother’s day message.

First off, I want to wish all my wonderful Mom Friends a very Happy Mother’s Day. Let’s all celebrate our children and remember how much they love us and of course, how much we love them.

Also, please say a special prayer for Jessie and remind her what a wonderful daughter she is and how much I love her, miss her and how very proud I have always been of her, as I have been of all my daughters.

Jessie is really making a difference in the world, not sure why it had to be in this way, but no matter what, JESSIE FOSTER is known to many and her case is changing many things: how human trafficking is looked at; going to our nations capitol in a bid to try to get a national/international DNA database set up in Canada; helping others with a missing loved one in their family and trying to help them in any way possible as to the direction to go, people to contact and how to get active on the internet networking on every possible site you can; and much, much more. Without all the support we get from all of you, this would be all in vain, so THANK YOU ALL, for your continued support in our search for my international endangered missing daughter, JESSICA EDITH LOUISE FOSTER.

We will be honouring Jessie’s birthday in a couple of weeks…May 27th is Jessie’s 25th birthday. That is a milestone birthday and we all need to remember her and celebrate her life. Please remember to light a candle for Jessie, say a prayer and remember her with a smile. Jessie has always been a treasure – a kind, wonderful daughter who’s small things are still so vivid in my mind…like when she was trying to get me to smile when she was in trouble for something and if I even cracked the smallest one she would grin and point at my lips and say, “See, you are smiling…you are not mad” and from that moment on, Jessie was no longer in trouble (don’t get me wrong, the troubles Jessie got in were all minor and for the life of me, I can’t even remember one incident in particular). Or when she gave me her “Jessie-look”, which is a look that her younger sister Jennee (19) has down pat; I even tell her “wow, that is a look that Jessie gets on her face”.

All my daughters, Jessie, Jennee, Crystal (26) and Katie (22) have so much in common, and for the life of me, I could never get their names straight when they were younger – LOL. Just like my mom with us. I love all my girls so much and now I am blessed to have a new generation to love – Jennee’s daughter Maddie is now 16 months old and Katie’s son JJ is 4 months old – they are the cutest, most adorable, most precious babies and I love them so much. I love all my kids with all my heart.
