The complicity goes across the board in this case.  Will heads ever roll in this cover up?  I kind of doubt it.  It's difficult for Arubans to push for the truth here because it will make their administration look real bad.  The corruption is huge.  If you have friends in high places there, you can get things done.

At least three officers have given the Aruban police a bad name and they deserve better.  Talk to the chief who is retiring and I suspect he is disgusted and has a lot of information bout why this failed.

The 8 1/2 min. cell phone call happened at 4 am on May 29?  The cell phone records were never turned over to the Holoway Twitty's or their attorneys.  I saw the phone records of May 30 with only 4 or 5 calls on there.  Koen has a little brother who was interviewed by police shortly after disappearance.  He says his cell phone was stolen at school on May 29 and Art finds this difficult to believe.
