hey, i stated in the beginning i didn't know who this belonged to thats why i asked love4ever if they were hers..i don't know how to post images in because that is a house for sale in Mccleary WA i took a peek...it through me off guard to find the Holloway stuff 'cause  we are looking for a missing little girl in the same area that the house is for sale at.  didn't mean to start a snit storm.  sorry...

They are not my pics, I take a screen shot of them from the site I found them, in which you can see I site my resources....except for the imageshack in which I will from now on. I do no sign into imageshack, I just upload the pic and post.

haha I was a lil upset when I posted that, not an excuse for my thoughts, but
the LE was on my mind, and not in a good way...lol...I have calmed down since, so maybe I can research now and be calm and objective...

BAIL SET FOR MAN FOUND LIVING IN ATTIC

Bail for the man arrested Friday after being discovered living in the attic of his ex-girlfriend's--?? house was set at $500,000. Roy Day, 38 of McCleary is charged with first-degree burglary-domestic violence and two counts of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. The charges stem from Day allegedly attacking Yolanda Haas and her 13-year-old daughter. Haas told a Thurston County Superior Court Judge Monday that she fears for her life and believe that if her daughter wasn't home Friday, Day would have killed her. (Posted 7:55am 5/22)

UPDATED: Man accused of creating child porn on Fort Lewis property

A Spanaway man was arrested Tuesday afternoon while riding a bike in Pierce County for allegedly molesting and taking pornographic pictures of children on Fort Lewis grounds.

Jeffrey R. Smiley, 36, was charged in U.S. District Court in Tacoma with aggravated sexual abuse. He was also wanted on a warrant in Pierce County Superior Court for two counts of first-degree child molestation. The victims he's accused of assaulting were known to Smiley, Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said.

Smiley is not connected to the Army or Fort Lewis.

Investigators reportedly found mattresses, toys and cameras at two locations in a wooded area near Fort Lewis. They also found his car, which contained a computer and child porn image.

The FBI said there could be more victims. Anyone with information about additional victims should call the FBI at 206-622-0460.

The case is being investigated by the FBI, military police and Pierce County Sheriff's Department, Troyer said.

The News Tribune received one e-mail from a reader who spotted a contingent of federal and local law enforcement officers Friday afternoon near the base. Turns out, the officers and agents were investigating Smiley. They'd discovered two of his campsites on Fort Lewis property last week and had been actively searching for him.

Two days later, an FBI agent returned to the site and looked more broadly around the area, the documents say.

He discovered Smiley's red Nissan Maxima parked there with a blanket spread on the ground, according to the documents.

On the blanket was another life-size doll with a rope tied around its neck "in what appeared to be simulating strangulation," the documents say.

SEATTLE MURDER SENTENCE ADDED FOR CONVICTED RAPIST
A rapist already sentenced to life in prison is scheduled to receive another sentence Wednesday in Seattle for murder. Forty-five-year-old Curtis Thompson was convicted last month in King County Superior Court of stabbing a woman to death during a sexual attack. It was the third conviction for Thompson for a crime spree in August 2004 that included rape and assaults. Thompson previously spent time in prison for four rapes, but in 2003 a Seattle jury declined to commit him as a sex predator because he said religion had transformed his life.
