Scott Eby was arraigned in a will county courtroom today.
He pleaded not guilty to the murder of three year old Riley Fox. He is currently serving a term in prison for molesting a relative.

Authorities say they were able to match his DNA to evidence found on the body of three year old Riley Fox.
Riley was sexually assaulted, bound with duct tape, and drowned in a creek in Wilmington, in 2004.
Police say a pair of Eby's shoes were found in that same creek, not far way.
Eby is eligible for the death penalty if he's convicted, but it isn't clear whether prosecutors will ask for it.
