[b]STUPID QUESTION [/b] I don't know anything about video recorders. My sister recorded me on one yesterday and she gave me what looks like a cassette tape. Does anyone know how to get that cassette downloaded to a DVD/CD so I can download it to my computer? TIA JSM

  Sorry Sunny. My bad. My Time answered me though. I need the recorder doo dad and the USB cord. Wish I would have known that at the time, I would have told her to bring it all at the time.

  I don't have the doo dad recorder, my sister just said "here" and gave me the cassette. I wonder if I go to a camera place, they could do it for me, because between me and my sister, it ain't gonna work. 

Dont' know about a camera place but I'd call Best Buy or some other computer store. I read the instruction Klaas posted and was so lost!  I am not computer savvy at all.  Good Luck I am sure some place can/will do it!

Thanks Sunny. I think my stepdad can figure it out once the get back in town. The instructions Klaas gave kind of confused me too. But I only know how to plug things into the computer and pray the work.

The new a/c is installed and working.....boy am I glad...it got up to 86 in the house and I was getting pretty cranky!! It's only 80 now~~

Our A/C hasn't worked since 1996 but we really don't need it.  It's rarely over 75-80 here.  Once in a while though it get's really hot and I threaten to get the A/C fixed, LOL.   

Right now it's about 67 outside and probably about 72 inside without A/C

65 would be too darn cold for me.I have my SWEATS on...yep I wear SWEATS!!..I usually keep it on 74. Husband just checked at it's down to 79.....every degree helps!

Klaas I'm glad this heat wave isn't impacting you - son just called and he said practice today was a killer. That at the end they started having injuries just because everyone is getting so tired. I went outside to water the roses and it felt like a wall of humidity - ICK !!

going to finish up work and hit the hay, then get back at it in the morning.
