Trimm - I'm going to try to do it.   I just hope I'm not having the panic attacks that day.   Keep us all in prayer.    an angelic monkey   

I'm also afraid I'll get all emotional and start bawling like a baby and make a fool out of myself.   I cry easily.

Thanks, I was ranting about this report card on CNN when I saw it being talked about this morning.

NoRose,I have been on a self imposed time out for all news stations.It's been a little over 48 hours.   
I was getting a little crazy over here. I have only been reading the news.I can't take much more.   Monkey Devil!
I may break down this afternoon.   
When I use to go to the psychologist, that was one of the things she would tell her patients, put no more than a hour into the news a day. I followed that for awhile, and I was happier, I have slipped, and I noticed that I get so worked up it isn't worth it. It sort of becomes an obsession, and all it accomplishes is anger and unhappiness. Maybe just give yourself so much time a day and see if that helps  an angelic monkey  I noticed today how horribly jaded I've become, I didn't want to offend anyone writing emails about the book deal with the Anthonys, but my experience is if they want to make a deal or whatever they will regardless of public input. Just like with the health care reform, they will do it anyway, no matter what the public might think, it is just so frustrating. Now I see Fanny got an email back that there wasn't and won't be a book deal with the Anthonys

Thanks.  I think you're right.  If I miss it, I'll be mad at myself.

BTW - I have to walk away from the news and even SM at times or I will go crazy.   I find that if I don't watch too much  news, my panic attacks are less frequent.   I try to only watch like one hour a day - and then off-set it with something funny like AFV or reruns of Seinfeld or Everybody Loves Raymond or something.

One hour for me with the news, and I watch old tv shows also, and then in the evening I enjoy crime and csi type shows.

Hi Trimm!    Yes - waiting for a call at any time!        I've been busy packing and gettings straight around here so I can go stay with them for a while.     My daughter had an ultrasound done yesterday (a 3d one) - and they estimate the baby is already 7 lbs 4 oz.    She's going to be a cutie.  It looks like she's going to have chubby cheeks like her mother did.   lol
