I just did some power cleaning and overdid it somewhat and got way overheated. I got in a cool shower and thought it would help. I got out just as hot as ever. I am not sitting under a ceiling fan with the a/c down on 72 degrees. It is really not all that hot here today. I guess I am not built for housecleaning.

No, I just tried to do too much too fast. I'm ok now. Thanks.

Good! I will take your advice. I am lolled back on my pillows and my dinner will be served to me in my bed tonight.
