Interesting letter JSM    I'm off to go back to Robert's thread, it is appearing that this little one is in the landfill, at least they have a section taped up.    When you read the background of this child's mother, you have to wonder how she is not in jail, and why she was allowed visits with this eight year old child. I'm beginning to wonder if something wasn't released in the air to cause people to go completely nuts, killing their kids, and all the other insanity we read about day after day. I know that sounds stupid but I'm just trying to figure out what the he!! is going on. It appears another child was just thrown out like trash. 

NO ROSE WHO IS ROBERT? I haven't heard of him.

I was just talking to my grandson about this little boy being lost.I lit a candle and I said a prayer for him.I was too late,I didn't know all this was going on.

It's the f'd up social services system.Some of this money the government throws around on bullchit should be spent more wisely.IMO
These kids suffer repeatedly at the hands of the very people who should hold them and love them and protect them.For God's sake if you don't want the kids don't have them,or let someone adopt them.
Casey Anthony is not unlike these monsters,or the one we have sitting in jail now.I hope they all burn in hell. I'll be quiet now.

    I have been nuts all day over all these horrific stories, I keep saying, I guess to myself because it doesn't matter what I think in the large scheme of things, but if you don't take care and protect the young of a country, what is the point? What is the point to health care reform and any other reform, what needs to be reformed is the Department Of Children and Family Services. And a better system to control the sex offenders, I suppose shooting them is out of the question?

These people make me so angry.All of this is preventable.
Bad parenting isn't an excuse either.You can rise above that.Just give these kids a chance to live and grow up to be a doctor,carpenter,welder,anything they want to be.Let them experience loving someone and receiving love in return.

My first thought on hearing of your arrest was for your welfare, so I was relieved to learn that the case against you had been dropped and you were off to join your family on Martha's Vineyard. From what I can piece together, you must have been exhausted after a long flight, exasperated to have your front door jammed, and then dumbfounded to find yourself suspected of breaking and entering your own home. To that point, you have my sympathy.

But thereafter your case becomes disturbing, and while the president's unwise comments turned a local episode into a national referendum, it's the local issue that troubles me. Like you, I live in Cambridge, commonly known as the "People's Republic of Cambridge" for its left-leaning political correctness. Our congressional district has not sent a Republican to Washington since 1955. Not surprisingly, the officers who came to your door—a rainbow of black, Hispanic, and white—were led by a man hand-picked to provide training on the avoidance of bias in policing. To accuse the Cambridge police of racial profiling, as you did, is about as credible as charging Barack Obama with favoring Republicans...

The sex offender stuff drives me crazy.The thoughts that have crossed my mind over losses are better left unspoken,but shooting does sound appealing.

I never thought of screaming and saying I saw a coyote, I will use that, we have plenty of howling coyotes by me. I can also say a lizard scared me, those darn things are running all around, granted they are little, but they can scare you.

Thanks No Rose and Fanny. I just read the whole thread but kept getting kicked out.

I can't believe that CPS gave the mom visitation rights for this boy.   

It is really hard to understand this. And she basically got a slap on the wrist for what she did to her baby 

No Rose, I am so scared of what I am about to say, but in cases like this, what happened to the child needs to happen to the parent. 

JSM, this is what I have been saying for a long time. Whatever happens to a victim, needs to happen to the perp, no matter who they are. Mom's are supposed to protect their children, not crack their heads open like a walnut, as Mark Klass just said on Nancy Grace.  And then that same child is given back. Don't you know that Robert's daddy was terrified to let him go to her for visitation, but it was probably court ordered. He already had another child stabbed to death by another wife. I feel like going outside and have another primal scream. 

Fanny, I am sure the dad was terrified and rightly so about sending the boy to his "mom".

I can't go as far to say what happened to the victim should happen to the perp. I would like for that to happen, but that is what they call Sharia Law and I will not have that kind of Law here in the USA.

I think whomever the judge was in the moms first trial should have sanctions against them. H*ll with a good lawyer you can still get a fine of $500 for a PI and 40 hours of community service in Texas. It just ain't right.
