Where were George and Spindy when Caylee needed them? JMO

Agree with you Fanny.  Wow, I hadn't seen that photo before.  I take it that those are the pavers in the back yard where some had to be replaced?

I think they were the larger ones, the ones past the door. JMO

Fanny, if that's the case, and the As's keep their grill and whatever else that has white sheets/covers over them, it appears that it would have been easy for KC to hide Caylee's body under one of those white things until she was ready to move Caylee's body.  Holy cow.

This is where I think she was. JMO

At this point, I would give it my shot at trial!  All it will take is one juror and she walks.  She really has nothing to lose.....oh, well except her life.

At this point I would agree....but once all the evidence is out, it might be a different story.  Even if there was a hung jury with one hold out I think the SA would retry it!  They have way too much invested not to. I really can't believe she will walk. But I am leaning more and more to a plea....and one I probably will not be pleased with... manslaughter.....

I don't think she will walk.  I think she will get the DP.  Caylee will get justice!!   an angelic monkey

I sure hope you are right!!

I didn't want to keep stacking posts, so thought I'd start with a clean one.

Several of you commented on the possibility of KC taking a plea down the road.  I was of the understanding that since she didn't take the plea at the beginning, that another plea would not be in order at all, no matter what.

As far as Bozo writing a book, IMO, that will be years down the road.  Since he can't speak or write sense, even in his own profession, he'll have to find a ghost writer that can make heads and/or tails of his logic (I hate to use the word "logic" when referring to bozo).
Casey was offered a plea deal from the state early on, when there was no body, and she turned it down. They will not be offering her another one.

I am here for Caylee.  I have been here for Caylee since the beginning!  I even helped search for Caylee!  I have right to be here and express my opinion as well as anyone as well without some one telling me I have fangs!

We all stand for Caylee!

Just because we all don't agree on what will happen at trial does not mean we don't all stand for CAYLEE!

I may be mistaken but I seem to remember something in the recent document release that indicated that Caylee was alive when the duct tape was placed on her mouth.  Anyone else remember that?  That indicates murder to me but even so, if I were the defence I'd certainly attempt to claim it was an accident.  That's really all they have.

Where were George and Spindy when Caylee needed them? JMO

They were(and still are)floating around in lala land somewhere. It's where they have always lived except now a little reality broke thru and they are being smothered by it.I say GOOD!That's exactly what they get, exactly what they deserve.Let them rot in hell along with with their monsterdaughter.I really cannot stand george and cindy,I can't stand them as much as I can't stand casey.I have no sympathy, empathy, nothing for george and cindy.karma, karma, karma

Me neither. Instead of actually looking for Caylee, they were more concerned about setting up a foundation, using her name, to line their pockets. They proved to me what their priority was at that point.

Since we were on the subject of bruises, what is on Caylee's arm in the photo with the sandbox? I tried to zoom in and couldn't tell.

Not only that, Tupelo, I remember Cindy telling people that they should NOT be out looking for Caylee in the woods, etc. They should only be looking for a live Caylee.

What a disgusting farce.

What a disgusting family.

From the report (can't remember the particular one because there's been so many of them at this point), I believe you are correct on the sandbox.  Wasn't that one of the places the dogs hit on?  But, my old memory has been trying to remember the reasoning for the As's replacing some of the pavers.

I guess I'm missing something.....how can placing duct tape on a child, and numerous pieces of duct tape, be accidental?
