Sherip, I don't see any problem on your end as long as sales tax is paid. The manufacturer will need to determine if it could sell directly to buyers as the mfg would be responsible for collecting and remitting the tax.

Sherip - If you want to be really super safe on the use of the photo - I think her mom is who you need permission from.  The pic could have been posted without a permission to the myspace.  I think whomever took the photo owns the rights, but I would think if her mom said it is fine to use you would be good to go. 

And you have thought of city ordinances and all that.  Don't forget the utility companies the banner would hang on.  Say if you nailed it to a telephone pole - contact them first.

I've been doing some follow up on 'Al'/Allen who was an employee of the Straddleline ORV Park in McCleary and was 'let go' suddenly {without notice to the other employees} about the 11th or so of July.  He was doing the caretaker duties in the ORV Park because at the time the regular Caretaker position was vacant.  It was also said his computer at the Park was taken by police. 

I came upon a post you wrote here on the 16th:  "Me too, now if I understand this right this man has a daughter who is friends with Lindsey. They are using a name of this person, but I'm not sure if it is the correct person, so that is why I didn't want to say his name, also because they put up an arrest on him, I think for some kind of domestic disturbance".


Putting everything together I have learned so far I'd like to learn more about him.  Call it a gut feeling if you will.  There just seem to be too many things that seem to line up about this man. Even to where I think he fits with some things WS's Astro Thread has mentioned on Lindsey's case.  And all we know right now is his first name and that there was a disciplinary hearing called involving him at the request of Grays Harbor County I believe, the organization who is in charge of the ORV Park.

I'd like to see what more you can find out so we can zone in on him in a discreet way.  Maybe his daughter has a MS account and I know nothing about those.  Hopefully someone here can sleuth the disciplinary hearing.

Thanks Rose , and also anyone who might be able to shed some light here.  It's now going on 7 long and intense weeks, trying to find Lindsey.  She needs to be brought home.  xox


PS:  I'll keep up with the posts, reading in the morning and after work to see if you learn anything more.

Scandi, yes I too believe there is more to this man, all of a sudden the topic of Allen was dropped, so I just assumed perhaps there was nothing relevant to this case. There are some good researchers on here, I am not one of them  , I'm hoping to hear more about him. And how well his daughter knew Lindsey.

Missing McCleary girl's mom heading to NY

McCLEARY, Wash. - The mother of a girl missing since June is going to New York City to raise awareness about missing children.

Melissa Baum will be part of the “Amber Ready Back to School Safety Weekend” starting Friday in Times Square. Amber Ready is a company that produces DNA and fingerprint kits for children.

Baum’s 10-year-old daughter Lindsey vanished June 26. Lindsey was last seen walking home from a friend’s house. Police have not found her or anyone who knows what happened to her.

“I know she’s alive,” said Melissa Baum, who refuses to give up hope her daughter will be found safe.

Melissa Baum just bought school supplies for Lindsey. She’s supposed to start school as a sixth grader later this summer

A $10,000 reward is being offered to anyone who helps police locate Lindsey.

The reward started as a $6,000 offer, but an anonymous donor raised it to $10,000.

“There are people out there that really do care,” said Melissa Baum.
