yea, im still a little confused on the timeline of the case but i also think that it's highly possible that the bf killed robert when mom was at work. i guess with a clearer timeline i would be more sure of what the mother's role was in all of this.  based on w ::MonkeyLaugh::itnesses that saw him at 7 30pm, and if mom got home from work at 9, i dont know if thats enough time for the bf to kill him, clean up blood, and bury him in his friends back yard (which i strongly believe happened) before the mother got back from work. 

I thought the mother saw him that night around 9.30 said he wanted to go to a party-I could be wrong-wouldnt be the first time ::MonkeyLaugh::I dont trust anything mommy dearest says anyway.

It was reported mom wasn't home. It's never been confirmed by LE where Melissa was or was not.

Police initially said the boy may have been wanting to go to a party, but then stepped back, saying that might not be true. They did the same on an early report that Robert was last seen at the playground.

Body positively ID'ed as Manwill; news conf. set

BOISE - The Ada County Coroner officially confirmed Wednesday that the body found in a Kuna canal Monday is that of Robert Manwill.  The coroner held off making the positive ID as they awaited confirmation from dental records.

A news conference is set for 6 p.m. at Boise Police headquarters in Boise, where they say there will be a “significant development,” but would not detail what that was.

Robert’s aunt and uncle spoke with NewsChannel 7 Wednesday and said they were holding out hope that the tentative ID was wrong – and they have held off making funeral arrangements.

That will likely change in the wake of this afternoon's unfortunate news.

KTVB also spoke with the family of Daniel Ehrlick, Jr., the boyfriend who lives with Robert's mom.

Since the boy’s disappearance, he's been in and out of the hospital for unspecified treatments.

He's been out of the public eye since last Thursday when he attended news conferences with Robert's mother, Melissa Jenkins.

Ehrlick's father didn't want to answer questions on camera, but said "this has torn our family apart and there's no one who can put us back together."
