Fanny CBS2 said they heard that rumor and called BPD who confirmed no one is in custody.

Turn on KTVB news they have footage right now on the story also and a crime scene unit is on scene, officers have the back and the front secured.

as i have mentioned previously on this board, i used to work for child protective services and i can tell you that 90% of the reason i left the job was because of the moral dilemma i had when i saw abused children being returned to their parents by the courts because the parents were believed to be "rehabilitated" and the most important thing was to "perserve the family unit."

based on the information we have been given so far and the criminal backgrounds of the individuals involved in roberts life, and the hospitalization of the mothers boyfriend, i actually believe that the mother did something to hurt robert and ended up killing him, and the boyfriend helped her cover it up and had a breakdown about it and he was hospitalized because of that.

i think the mother and boyfriend both need to be locked up. some people should not be allowed to have children.

The ADA count sheriff said that it is a multi-agency investigation.
There is a crime scene van, a tent set up. Won't comment on if it's related to Robert or not.

as i have mentioned previously on this board, i used to work for child protective services and i can tell you that 90% of the reason i left the job was because of the moral dilemma i had when i saw abused children being returned to their parents by the courts because the parents were believed to be "rehabilitated" and the most important thing was to "perserve the family unit."

I think "preserving the family unit" goes out the window when you fracture a childs skull!

Dave Neal, director of Ada County's solid waste management, said the part of the dump where Saturday's refuse was taken has been left alone since then.

Friday, an Ada County sheriff's deputy officially cordoned it off with crime scene tape.

If police ask, the landfill workers can take Saturday's trash a foot at a time and lay it our flat, with a bulldozer, to be sifted through, Neal said.

To say that child protective services needs a complete overhaul seems like an understatement  I'm wondering if the boyfriend attempted suicide?

I doubt it. They don't treat and release the same day for a suicide attempt. They usually hold you for at least 72 hours.

Ada County Sheriff's Office crime scene investigators are preparing to do a multi-agency search of a house on Southdale Avenue in Southwest Boise. Boise police department will be lead agency for the search.
