I have been trying to keep myself updated by the day on Robert. I see that they have found a little boy who drowned ( hours ago) that they believe it is Robert.

Has anyone heard that it Truly is Robert ?

I just glanced at the posts ...... I swear this is just Awful.
Have they suspected foul play?  That he did not just run off and fall into the water on his own?
That he may have been passed prior to being in the water ? Anything yet?
This poor kid had the deck stacked against him by his Mother anyway.
So incredibly sad.

The body matches Robert's height and age Deenie. That is all LE will confirm tonight. Autopsy will be done tomorrow.

What color did they initially say Robert was wearing when he went missing?

Investigators have said Robert was wearing a blue Superman T-shirt at the time of his disappearance.

Although the first reports were that he was possibly wearing a brown shirt with writing on the back "Andy don't need no Mic" or a blue shirt with a superman symbol on the front. He had on blue jeans and black shoes.

Pink have a question for you, I know you have been up on all the news within this case daily.

How can "his Mother" now know for sure what he was wearing the last time she saw him?

Wasn't he to go to a Birthday Party? Would she not take him to the party and or be aware of the moments prior to him to attend the Birthday Party ?... Or am I asking too much from this Woman to know ... (( Me no like her)) ..

I believe the SUV dude is involved in all this. On Jane Valez-Mitchell tonight they played a clip him explaining away why cops questioned him and dug up his backyard and he sounded like he was faking bewilderment.

Totally suspicious IMO.

Hello Deenie,

I'm wondering the about the same things when it comes to his "mother." Why in the world would an 8 year old be allowed to walk to a party alone at 9:30 PM. The sun is gone at that hour even in the mountains so from the beginning the timeline made no sense.

Deenie, I don't know. The first reports were wishy washy about the shirts. Then LE said in news conference that they had the shirt pinned down to blue w/Superman logo.  Some reports have said the mother was at work and the BF was watching Robert. The birthday party was in the first reports but later the cops pulled back from that, saying there was no evidence of any birthday party.

They have been very tight lipped about the actual timeline. When asked many times by reporters, all they would confirm that Robert was reported missing just after 10 pm.

I am so sick to death of hearing senceless acts again children by the hands of adults. I have a question. I have read a few times that this will be the 2nd child of the bio dad that has died. The 1st child that died was that child's mom the same mom as robert. And how old was that child and how did he die. Ty

I really think this child lived a life with many characters coming in and out of his world. I think Mother plain doesn't give a pppffft of who comes into contact with her nor her children. Obviously her track record concludes that.   
I don't know who SUV dude is. I have not watched JVM in a few days I am just sick and tired of all the MJ updates. ( Yes I loved him) but enough is enough. NG has lost my thoughts too. Her being on Vaca and Pushing her book ..has made me turn her off too. So forgive me if I am not knowing who some of these Hinkey people are.

Robert's mother tells police he was playing outside near their home before he went missing. Local police with the help of the FBI have been searching night and day hoping to bring some relief to a mother waiting in anguish.

Then there is Roberts Mother who cracked the skull of her infant son last year. She served a short sentence and probation. She walked basically. She has lost custody of him.

Pink what happened to the Two Teenage Girls who were randomly found by a searcher and they recognized his photo. They said he was at the park with older boys ..they recalled him being very shy and withdrawn. I will have to find the link.

I think they thought they saw Robert and saw another little boy. The park was quite far from the house. IIRC

Omg. Wth. Let me guess she pleaded insane. The courts bought it and she is free out in the puiblic to do what ever she wants. It would not surprise me. I have very little faith in the justice system these days. I am so so very angry. At the sh*t that moms and dads do to there children. Imo they need to make a state only for people who kill rape and all of the very bad stuff that grown ass people do to children. And just leave them there to rot. Is there a link to the story about the bio dads 1st sons murder.

I know I read that within the News that two teenage girls recognized his photo. A woman who was in the search party came up on them and showed the photo and They did recognize him.
I cannot find it on the net. Dang it. 

The other thing that has struck me strange since this little boy was reported missing is that Mom has not stepped up. That her Sister was the one in the media begging for assistance.  Reminds me of Nevaeh Buchanan. Her mother never came forward yet was a running mouth to everyone and anyone " Not Me, I am not involved" yet never stepped up for Neveah.
And once Neveah was found - she simply faded away from the Media. Never has said FIND who ever did this.... she shut her mouth and locked her doors.

I wonder if Ms Jenkins is going to come out to the media now? And ask for help to find out what happened to Robert.

On the fifth day of an exhaustive search for a missing Boise boy, court documents revealed a family tale of abuse, tragedy and more.

Robert Manwill's mother is on probation for fracturing the skull of Robert's infant half brother, a boy the state removed from her custody.

Robert's mother's boyfriend has been convicted of burglary, battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, and is banned by the courts from being alone with Robert's half sister.

Robert's father, meanwhile, has already lost a son. In 1993, his first wife stabbed their 4-year-old boy in the chest. She spent 10 years in a federal prison after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter.

Boise police won't talk about the family or the details contained in the court documents.
