Why was Robert's mom allowed to plead down to injury to a child when she was charged with felony child abuse?

The system that is in place to serve and protect the children, is letting them down as much as their parents. They are putting this lambs back into the lions den.

The judge that ordered unsupervised visitation for Robert with his mother, has Robert's blood on his/her hands tonight.

I think so. I don't think Robert's body (it hasn't been confirmed) was out there in the canal for that long. Someone would've spotted it. He was probably dumped (for a lack of a better word) early this morning.

I think SUV dude is the link that'll crack this case wide open.

What makes her fit to be in Society " ever" again ?? Can we say Nothing to lose. She has been out of prison since 2002 as it says in the article. Wonder what she is up to?

I think so. I don't think Robert's body (it hasn't been confirmed) was out there in the canal for that long. Someone would've spotted it. He was probably dumped (for a lack of a better word) early this morning.

Like I said SUV dude is covering for the parents. His story was too convenient that he just happened to have a truck missing around the time Robert went missing.

He is friend's with Danny's brother.  (Danny is the BF)

The key will be his approximated time of death. Is it not more difficult to determine that -" IF" a body has been submerged in water?
I swear I just saw it on one of the cable Crime shows. That offer true statistics within Murder investigations. 
That once a body is in water it makes everything more difficult within autopsy. I may be wrong.

Does anyone know how deep the canal may be and if the water is warm or cold?

Could very well Be Pink.
That is the thing you can see here. Within this Woman she Moved after her sentence to Washington ( when ??) but I am sure that she has started a new little life for herself ..and has found new relationships with men .. etc. Who thinks that when they get a new neighbor they were in Prison for 10 years and murdered their child. She is still young, this is true.
And I am sure since was able to skate on her own sentence " Murder" she is a " Mindful" player of the system. Its called No Conscience.

Did he report the truck missing to police (when it went missing)?  Just seems suspicious--He knows something.  He is trying to distance himself from the SUV and he accidently says "murder" in an interview about Robert. 

Oh yeah, I am trying not to jump to conclusions.

It sorta does, although our Sandra was in an irrigation ditch, did it have movement?

This canal flows, it has current. Which is why the grates are in place, to catch debris flowing down it.

I am not sure Northern.  I don't know. This is just so sad. This little One. I hope that " All" that are within this case are now backtracking and fine tooth combing every one and every possible lead. This child did not drown on his own. I think he was put into the water after he died. That is my gut.

NUTT, I am pretty sure that is where the water is coming down from the mountains and is diverted to the canal. The canal flows generally south, although it does meander.

I am not sure Northern.  I don't know. This is just so sad. This little One. I hope that " All" that are within this case are now backtracking and fine tooth combing every one and every possible lead. This child did not drown on his own. I think he was put into the water after he died. That is my gut.

The autopsy will be able to tell LE that in a hurray.  There was evidence that he had an accident. There were things pulled from the apt.  when LE was searching.  I am hoping and praying the results of the autopsy does not take a turn like Nevaeh's where this child was placed in the water hurt or unconscious but still alive.
