I was just struck by how much this child, Adriana Jackson, who went missing in Lakewood, WA in 2005 looked like LB. Adriana's  little body was found but they have never caught the perp. http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/seekinfo/jackson_aa.htm

The road over to the left of the image....is that Beck st. or Veteran Way st?

The streets from Mommsen left should be Simpson, Veterans Way,  then Beck, but with all the trees I can't tell for sure.  Only Beck goes through,  north,  to 1st, but I still don't know.   Maybe a local can jump in with that information.

if you slide the map all the way to the left....... the road you see going towards the top of the pic is Beck St (yes, the Mccleary Hotel is on the corner)

It comes off of Summit Rd on the right heading towards highway 108

The dusty rd (aka 1st st) that connects to Beck st  from Mommsen goes directly behind the Rainbow Park Apartments

If you were to turn next to the VFW hall and follow the apartment parking loop to the left it would take you to the dusty rd (aka 1st street)

I am not good at this but will try.  Beck St is the vert street at the far left.  North Summit runs horz in the middle of the photo.  McCleary Hotel is at the   corner of  Beck and N summit nestled in the trees.  Simpson Ave is the vert street to the right of the door plant.  Maple is the street at far lower left corner running vert toward Mummson st.  Mummson St. the street running at a 45 from Summit at the far middle right of photo.  It runs back into the trees.  1st st runs horz from Mummson to Beck behind Beerbower Park(open field in the middle) and the housing complex of 8 or so bldgs in the middle.  It is hard to make out 1st, as it runs along trees.  I hope that helps a litte as I am not good with this stuff.  This is a great photo as it shows the Shell, and PD gordon's, downtown Mcaleary.

That was very helpful.From searching and looking at maps on yahoo,looks like Veteran Way street is very short and runs right along the BB park there.
