Just had to stop and say Hi Edward.  I would say you made it here like magic appear, just at a very intense point in the case.  Really!  Good to see you.  I know I get a bit excitable but I so want Lindsey found as soon as possible.  xox

Here we go... I got home tonight and my twenty year old son came to me with a few of his friends and told me that they found some of lindseys clothing. I am just tore up... Cant find info on the web about this but if its a rumrr im thinking the person who started it needs a butt kicking. It seems to all come together from the info I WAS TOLD.The person of intrest works at the behive retirment center. The place we had spoke of with empty apartments that were not searched. He also has a white car with tinted windows. My son and his friends say he has always been a creepy guy. He is 23 years old. Has anyone heard anything? It is fact he works at the behive and drives a small white car. Im just so upset right now

who found her clothing.  her clothing was on the warrant to be looked for.  there is nothing on there that said her clothing was found, nothing in the receipts that said they took any clothing like that.  that is just BS.

he did work at beehive.  he had 2 jobs.  has a white car...
its very low and can't be driven anywhere to get rid of lindsey in.  it can barely make it over speed bumps.

DD?  Is this more distraction?

this rumor is bs
I am going to upload the reciepts of what they took from the property
then there will be no question and no more crap.  I have asked to do this.  it is better to do it now, than have all this crap posted and in everyone's head and reposted over and over and becomes "truth" out here on the board.

so let me upload the receipts and everyone will know exactly what was found.

People, you are reading WAY too much into the search warrant. Yes, they have the ability to tell you to leave. In fact, that's pretty standard procedure, especially when the property is so large. The reason is to secure the site in case anything is there. Taking stuff that might lead to clues, or stuff that is reaonably likely to lead to evidence, is routine in a case full of unsolved mysteries. It may or may not be evidence, but it fits the evidentiary profile. The standard for securing a search warrant isn't probable cause that the custodian of the property committed a crime. It's reasonable probability thay evidence exists there for whatever reason. It could have been deposited there by the perp without knowledge of the owner, for example. So you can't indict these people just because a search warrant was issued.

For those who would just open their doors to law enforcement in a case like this, I hope you would think long and hard about that if you're ever put in that position. There's a reason for a constitutional right against unreasonable searches and seizures. There are such things as dirty cops and overzealous prosecutors looking to raise their conviction rates. Law enforcement are people too, and just because they are law enforcement doesn't mean that they're always there to protect and serve.

Finally, these people were astute in getting an attorney. If someone was targeting your property in a missing child case, I'd hope you'd do the same. Because I doubt anyone on this board knows all of their rights. I've been practicing law for 15 years, I know what I'm talking about.

Ok, let the nanners fly. But that's okay because I think most people on this board aren't naive enough to open their doors to unbridled searches by law enforcement in a case like this where LE is under a great amount of stress and pressure to solve it.

JessStar

A missing 10 year old little girl would dictate that morally I would have no other choice to cooperate fully in the process of elimiantion.  I do believe that this would also apply to "most" people I know.

Janet

thank you for that... but, yes i would be naive enough to open my door and let them do wanted  if it got them on to the next search faster to save a child.  thats just me tho. i understand where u r comming from for sure.

well i have never taken anything to heart besides the woman who thought she saw Lindsey. No i mean no rumors ever held water with me. this one makes me physicaly ill. my son and his friends have never spoke of the case too much. just to tell me i was obsessed and needed to stop searching the woods. tonight they brought the info to me. They all know the family and stay clear of them ALL. one of the boys have known them his whole life and know one of them was busted at school with child porn. ones myspace says something about suicide and that instead he would just murder. do u want a link?

i have also read your kids' myspace and their other documents, does that make them anything other than kids?  think about it, you want people to say your kids do these things because crap they have on myspace.  yes his myspace is a bit whatever, but so our most of these kids.  I saw yours kids', so that does not make any of them anything.

anyone have a link  for kiro news... is saying the dogs never found scent at kona's for lindsey

http://www.kirotv.com/news/21116315/detail.html

If I were to frame somebody in regards to a crime ... it would make sense that I would make sure there was related evidence planted.

According to LE ... it appears there was nothing on Kona's property that has a connectin to Lindsey.

Police have yet to find big break in case

Chief Criminal Deputy Dave Pimentel said he conducted interviews with a number of people Friday, but said no suspects or persons of interests have been named and no arrests have been made.

“So far, we have not found that smoking gun, we have not found anything that would jump out at us, but without forensic analysis done at the lab, we can’t really say whether what we’ve found will help our cause or not.”

Thank you JessStar . . . again.  If LE came to my door looking for a child, I really think I would say come in, she isn't here.  However, if LE came to my door with a search warrant -- right after they kicked me out of my own home I would be headed to the best attorney I could find.  No doubt about that.

An unbridled search is very different than allowing LE to come into your home and look for a missing child.

possibly this is good news.  If clothing was found and DD you know for a fact that no such items were removed from the home/property searched that everyone is talking about -- that could mean when they executed other search warrants this weekend they could have found something?  Wonder where else they searched as they did say they had several to execute over the weekend?

it is my understanding they were suppose to search other properties besided GOLDERS..

and they DO NOT even OWN A HORSE TRAILER

So if any clothes were found or had anything to do with a horse trailer, that is on someone elses property.

I thought about that too just now reading the latest posts.  Today's articles say nothing was found in connection with Lindsey that they know of barring forensics.  They simply didn't refer to a particular warrant with their findings.  So technically LE wasn't lying and still didn't have to mention what was really found.  They don't want to alert the unsub right now as to what they really have in their evidence bags!  Hope that makes sense xox

I just read the myspace, not much on there. Granted that one sticker thing said that about suicide but imho that doesn't mean anything.

If Lindsey and Kara's daughter went over to ask Kara's mom if she could sleep over, could Lindsey have brought some clothes along, pajamas, change of clothes, even her swimsuit just in case she was allowed to stay?

If a bathing suit was listed in the search warrant ... I believe the maybe Lindsey quickly put clothes over her bathing suit prior to the walk to the Kampen/William's residence.  The original plan was that Kayla would spend the night at the Baum residence.

From what Kayla tells me they decided to ask if Lindsey could stay the night only after they started walking over to our house. Often though she did not bring extra clothes if she stayed the night.

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=5541.msg862911;topicseen#msg862911

Tamikosmom do you know why the girls walked over to Kara's house? Was it to ask if Kayla could spend the night? Was it ever said and if so why didn't the girls just call Kara to ask?

Not a clue!  It just does not make sense.

Well, I sort of-halfway understand what is going on and am half way confused, but oh well. It doesn't matter as long as Lindsey is found. I do hope all this confusion means LE is on the track to finding Lindsey soon. I can't sleep, so I'll just be refreshing the screen.

It is very unsettling that a group of men, IN A BAR, PROBABLY DRINKING, are talking of taking someone out to the woods? I hope that family has some police protection about now! This is getting crazier by the minute. DD, you need to find out if they have protection!

my monkey was on that beach this past weekend, or at least one closer to me, lol. It was wonderful! But I am willing to go back! Lets go Wyks!
She is going to get cold soon, need to get her redressed!

She kind of reminds me of someone 'holding onto' summer as long as possible.     But okies, let's go!!

It's gonna be snowing here in a few weeks, betcha!
