    My bike is way cooler.   

But no bike riding for  me please.  I need Valium kitty.  I have a muscle spasm from neck down to lower back.  Went to chiropractor & got an adjustment  & ultrasound, did no good.  He said he can see the muscle standing out from my back.  Strongest thing I have is Tylenol, like taking water.  I can't sleep.

I can totally relate.  I told my son tonight the barometric pressure must be bad cause my neck and back top to bottom
is hurting.  He LOL.     Than my head got jealous and now I have a headache too. 

I just took a motrin.

Hi MM, I'm sorry you're hurting too.  my head/sinus hurts too, sinus completely stopped up on that side and I never have headaches or sinus - the chiro said that muscle from the neck runs up the back of the head & causes that, pinches off nerves or whatever.

Crystol Noel is back in the hospital.  Tonight she let out a cough and I picked her up to hold her and rub her throat and literally right before my eyes she developed a hematoma right before my eyes.  It is below her neck and about 2 inches by 2 inches.
I rushed her to the ER where she has the appointment for the surgical consult.  They are running tests right now but it looks like she is in liver failure again.  In addition to the gallbladder.  They are testing to determine if she is bleeding internally, if she has a clotting disorder and several other things.  Things look grave - but I am going to try to hold onto hope.  So, if you don't see me around, know I am just not able to sign on.  I will continue to update as I can.
Please send her love, light and prayers if you can.  Thanks in advance. 

MyTime - feel better and do good on your lab tests.
Kat - you will be in my prayers too.
Mere - I so hope Kitty is doing better.
And for those I am forgetting - I heart monkeys, so forgive me as I am kinda numb right now.

Lately it seems hard to find an area that doesn't hurt.  But, I hate pills so I try everything else first.

You know what is the Best thing for you BG is believe it or not a bag of Frozen Peas ..
Works wonders - You can use them over and over ( throw them back in the freezer)
Cold is best for Muscle strain.  Peas are best because they are like pellets and they can mold to your neck and shoulder at the same time ....... as they melt. 

I pulled what I thought was my toenails through my Nose - that is how much Pain I was in - Last year. I needed to mow my lawn and it was so over due -it was about to storm. I went out grabbed my mower ... hah. I pulled the rip cord and along I went - I mowed like a Maniac and got it done. Put the mower back went in the house ..within about 3 hours " I could barely move my neck". I went to bed and when I thought I was awake ..HMMPH. I felt as though I had the biggest magnet on earth attached to my back - that it literally pulled me backwards with searing pain on top of it.  I had to fall out of bed, and crawl it was that bad. I think it took me about 30 mins to be able to stand up straight. Took me over 5 wks to get over it. It was pure Hell. And I swear my Peas were my best friend.   I must have tore a muscle. It was though Pure hell ... I swear to god it was just that bad. It hurt to breathe, it hurt period.

I worked for just over a year for a Plastic Surgeon and She always kept Peas in packs in the freezer for her patients.  For any type of swelling and or tissue distress. Cold is Best always.
Try it - and the other thing too you can use - Works I swear. Sounds weird but If you have any Maxi Pads or Diapers laying around - Soak um in H2O, squeeze um out and freeze them. They bend too as they melt.  They are meant to retain fluids - they work very well frozen.
