And...Lee's attorney....hmmm...didn't he say something like Lee told the SA the truth. 

What if?  Lee did tell the truth?  Wow, just wow....maybe KC shouldn't be worried about Dad, but worried about her brother!!

Oh, I just had a new thought!  What if KC's demeanor in court today is reflective of what she heard from Baez that was disclosed in the recent SA depositions from George, Cindy and Lee that Baez attended.

Hopefully, KC's demeanor was one of impending FEAR!!

I hope she is very afraid.

Ugh, I had to play catch up after the fact because I couldnt watch live this morning.  Just a few thoughts before I leave for respiratory therapy & I'll attempt to continue catching up later.

Im very amused that  "Mac the Knife" with a straight face still went forward with stating in open court they have "evidence" that Casey is innocent because Caylee's remains were "placed" there after Casey was in jail despite Nejame releasing the topography images taken by an OCSO helicopter of that very spot on NOV 7th...its so laughable that it isnt even worth wasting time on.  While they now try to pin Caylee's murder on Tony, the State will drill them on why they focused on "Zanny the Nanny," Jessie, Amy, Ricardo & everyone else if they are so dang sure Tony is the "real killer" now -- so on and so on....blah blah blah (good luck with that).   How will they explain that it was Casey's cell pinging going  back and forth to Amscot with her car, not anyone else nor was it their car with diabolic evidence locked in the trunk, they can't!  What the defense seems to ignore is that anyone that would have been "protecting" or "feared" to report someone with a heinous crime of their loved one would have pointed the finger in a heartbeat upon arrest much less facing the death penalty, come on now let's get this farce over with already!

Isnt it interesting that the defense knows not to ever call Cindy as a witness for Casey, its always "poor George."   

It seems a key revelation in court today is being overlooked, the fact that the State has information that Casey's parents met Padilla's group at a warehouse days BEFORE Casey was bailed out, did they actually think this would not be revealed...it never ceases to amaze me how inept & arrogant the defense & Casey's parents continue to be despite getting hit over the head with Casey's guilt.  If it seems "Stan the man" is giving the defense too muckin fuch, rest assure he's laughing in chambers knowing this fishing expedition is nothing but pure desperation that a jury will see straight thru so why not give them more to hang themselves & their client with but at least it can be said that she is being afforded a fair trial.  All the defense managed to do with this one was give us a hint of how willing George, Cindy & Lee are to lie for Casey & how hostile they will be at trial.  In the end, as I've said from the getgo, they will be unwillingly key in the just conviction of Casey.   Shame on all of them!

Yet again crocodile tears from Casey, yup we saw the glassy eyes & tissue but keep poking those eyeballs Casey we're not buying it!

O one more thing, one has to wonder why after all the "celebrity" media treatment Cindy has received to spew her venom, bunk & bull someone would have had the fashion sense to introduce her to the new full coverage "Biofit" by Victoria Secret...geez!

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for a Florida mother charged with killing her daughter claimed Friday that she could not have killed the toddler because the little girl's remains were left in the woods while she was in jail.

The attorneys' claim gave a glimpse of the defense for Casey Anthony, who is charged with killing 2-year-old Caylee. The toddler disappeared last summer, but was missing for more than a month before Casey Anthony told her family. After her arrest, she told police she had been conducting her own investigation into her daughter's whereabouts.

The defense strategy was revealed during a pretrial hearing. Casey Anthony's attorneys asked a judge to allow them to interview the head of a search-and-rescue group Texas EquuSearch, Tim Miller. They claimed his testimony would show it would have been impossible for Casey Anthony to dispose of Caylee's body.

"There is substantial evidence that we've found ... that the body or remains of Caylee Anthony was placed there after Casey Anthony was locked up," said Todd Macaluso, an attorney for Casey Anthony. "It proves that somebody else placed the remains in the area."

Last summer and fall, thousands of volunteers organized by Texas EquuSearch scoured central Florida, including the woods where her body eventually was found in December. Defense attorneys also asked to review records on the thousands of volunteers who participated in the searches.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland said he would make a ruling by next week but indicated he was willing to allow the defense attorneys to have some information on the volunteers.
Casey Anthony was in the courtroom for the pretrial hearing. She has pleaded not guilty and her trial is scheduled for next year.

Her attorneys also argued that Anthony's comments to a bail bondsmen should not be allowed at the trial. Casey Anthony's father, George, testified about how bondsmen led by Leonard Padilla were hired to post her $50,000 bond last year.

Casey wiped away tears as her father talked. After he stepped down from the witness stand, George Anthony blew his daughter a two-handed kiss.

The judge did allow defense attorneys to have cell phone records of her former boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, from June 1, 2008 to Dec. 18, 2008. The calls were monitored by law enforcement after Casey Anthony's arrest in July.

There was never a body in the trunk of the car. All the trunk forensics are junk science. Jamie Floyd seemed to agree with Todd that Casey may become one of the wrongly convicted. Jamie Floyd would side with this, because I don't believe I ever heard her think anyone was guilty of anything.

WOW!  I know Jamie Floyd is/was a defense attorney and always takes the defense view, but to say Casey may become wrongly convicted!

I guess she has not followed this case as closely as I would have hoped.
