That is right Sunny, about Tim repeatedly stating he has not searched Caylee's exact area and he has said this for many months. Plus LE was with him when Tim and TES were in the Suburban area, so yes it is well documented by both Tim and LE. It should be against the law for attorneys to sway potential jurors with blatant lies. They really got my BP to rise today!

also, not sure if this was mentioned before farther up the thread but today I noticed that Bozo was saying the "remains" in regards to Caylee...Remember how pissy George got when Zenaida's attorney referred to Caylee's body as "remains"...""""do not refer to my grand daughter like that again sir or I will walk right out of here.."""":something like that....and now, Caseys own attorney is referring to her as "remains"...Wouldn't ya think that George would tell bozo not to refer to Caylee's body as "remains"?
