Nejame is saying LE asked Tim Miller to search the area Caylee was eventually found in, but Tim said no, not until water levels went down. He said evidence would have been destroyed, and Caylee's remains at risk.

Me too.Nejame is pretty much saying things are as Tim Miller described.
