"I happen to know for a fact who killed her in which who is not Casey Anthony," Jackson wrote in the letter. "The person that killed her was a guy whose name I will not reveal at this time."

In April 2006, a then 18-year-old Jackson claimed in a letter written from behind bars that he kidnapped missing 13-year-old Ashani Creighton and killed her. However, his claims were dismissed amid a history of mental illness.

Eyewitness News is working to learn what actions were taken on the letter he wrote regarding the Casey Anthony case.

Could be today or first part of the week, I can't imagine that it would take him that much longer, but who knows?

  I'd bet on it!!  The crazies are out in full force.....starting with the A's, crazy joy, the kid who used to sit out in front of the house....the list just keeps growing. However in high profile cases it is not unusual for the nut cases to get nuttieer!!
