ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Casey Anthony defense team is demanding more phone records from one of her ex-boyfriends.

The defense wants records of all of Tony Lazzaro's phone calls and text messages from the time Anthony's daughter, Caylee, vanished last summer through January 2009.

Anthony's attorneys said they need Lazzaro's cell phone records to "search for the truth."

Anthony's defense team claims Lazzaro has been uncooperative with them.

In July 2008, Lazzaro allowed detectives to secretly record a conversation he had with Anthony's brother, Lee Anthony.

Casey Anthony, 23, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of Caylee, whose remains were discovered in a wooded lot in December. Casey Anthony has pleaded not guilty.

Court Hearing Scheduled In Case Against Casey

The case against Casey Anthony is headed back to court Friday August 21 at 9:30am. Casey's attorney Jose Baez filed a series of motions.

From his (burp) bombshell crap: Together with his team of forensic scientists, working in laboratories located in Tel Aviv, Israel, Dan Frumkin has backed up his warnings with concrete demonstrations of what can be done: not only can someone’s blood and saliva samples be twisted into a replica of someone else’s (think anonymous donor samples altered into that of pending criminal defendant), but even more terrifying, a mere review of a DNA file on a computerized database gives these scientists sufficient information to create DNA evidence that replicates that file – without ever touching any human blood or saliva at all.

Now, what Dan couldn't get a reputable place in the States?  Are the checks and balances available to potential fraud of forensics different in Israel vs the States?
Is he really accusing and trying to lay a blanket of prosecutorial malpractice on every case in the court system?????????  With Florida leading the way - really, why?  His justification has nothing to do with this study.  It is a statical (we all know you can make statistics do what you want them to do) study that has nothing to do with this 'study'. 
Now, back to the prosecutorial misconduct of the courts across the county - nation - world - even the universe including Cloud City just for lee anthony, well if that is the case - lets just change it to guilty until proven innocent.
What a WASTE - HUGE WASTE this scum and his partners are.  Wonder what his solution to this is -  whoops, didn't see him have one.  What scholarly crap to have with my coffee.
