IMHO - no.  Even though we don't want biasbutt to get a thing he is asking for, he does have a legal right (well, his client) to certain discovery.  What I see happening is the judge has narrowed his requests down to what is relevant to prevent random fishing expedition.  He did allow biasbutt to "testify" somewhat but, IMHO he is doing so as to prevent issues that could lead to a mistrial down the road.  Better to give cASSy a fair trial once, than to have mistrial or issues on appeal.
Biasbutt getting very limited parts of his demands is really a victory for the state.  Again, IMHO.

Casey looks like she has lost weight for sure...someone must have told her that she was getting fat...large bags under her eyes...reality IS setting in as someone as mentioned...

SOMEONE - quick, get Blink an anti-spaz medicine.  I bet he will take in under advisement and listen to the three hours first and tell us we will know tomorrow or more than likely he will rule next week.  Unless he refutes the whole thing on the agency issue.
