Well - Lyon just tipped us off that there will be motions regarding the dropping and adding back of the death penalty.  hummmmmmmm - she promises us......... interesting...........

Interesting............ LYON is not listed on the fraud case yet?   Perhaps because this is being brought in under the murder case that Stan is hearing.  I don't know that he would hear the fraud case - as a matter of fact, I think that would be another judge if Fl is set up like states I am familiar with.

The defense is going to spend a tremendous amount of time, money and effort on jury selection. I believe they'll bring in the best experts available to select the jury for the murder trial.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony returned to the courtroom on Friday.

The hearing was expected to address four motions received by the court.

The first motion was to certify Timothy Miller as a material witness. Miller is the director and founder of Texas-based EquuSearch, which held numerous searches for Caylee Anthony.

Defense attorney Todd Macaluso argued there is substantial evidence that Caylee's body was placed in a wooded area near the Anthony family's home after Casey Anthony was jailed. Casey Anthony has been charged with the murder of Caylee, her daughter.
