Todd E. Macaluso, one of Casey Anthony's defense attorneys, told the judge that they have found evidence that shows Caylee's remains were placed there after Casey Anthony was in jail.
(Bring it on, can't wait to hear this  )

In watching George again, its clear he thinks he is still doing a depo for Morgan, where George has the nerve in court to say to the Prosecutor he doesnt see the relavence in the question when she asks the last name of his cop friend, i believe he and cindy will be saying that alot in trial

George and cindy have made it clear thru their actions that they DO NOT like being questioned by anyone. I cant wait to see them in court...after telling so many lies. like how Casey never stole money from her, my gosh that is public knowledge and cindy still wants to say she never did....how arrogant

Ono...I am inpatient!  LOL....I know Judge Strickland knows about the ZFG depos and he had to know about what georgie did yesterday. I wish he had let georgie know right off the bat that he will not be allowing this arrogance and disrespect in his court. I have a sinking feeling in my gut that he has more compassion for georgie than I would like him to.   But what the heck, I am sure he doesn't give a rat's ass what I think

I was actually surprised at kc's appearance this morning. Usually the defense will do everything to ensure the defendant is shown in the best light possible.  Again she was in ill fitting clothes, her hair looked very greasy. She does look to me that she has lost some weight since May. And this was the first time I have seen her that IMO she didn't have that cocky look.

See, other than the Tony insinuation and lie-in's promise there will be motions over the filing, release and re-filing of the death penalty - they didn't show their hand on their blanket statement she is innocent and they have proof - haha.  That was nothing more than playing to the cameras to try to sway a jury pool.  Wanting TES records and searchers in that area only (thank you judge!) is in part fishing and in part confusion.  Their job is to add confusion anywhere they can so that they can try to get one person to have reasonable doubt.  If this is the best they have, I will sleep fine!!!
