If NG would quit unleashing the lawyers and insulting them maybe there would be some time to uncover some valuable information.

I couldn't agree more with that, Nancy is becoming a cartoon character, she is way over the top.

At WS there is a screen cap of the graphic,   TM claiming the 8:30 time, on top of the graphic it says that, I didn't catch that part, but I see it clearly now.

OK~now that I will take to the bank!!!!!!! D@mn, that was vital info and nada, zip ?????

Tip Leads to $35,000 to Get Haleigh Back

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- Texas Equusearch expects to receive a gift of $35,000 in hopes of finding Haleigh Cummings, who has been missing for more than six months.

Director Tim Miller sought out the money from a sponsor and will put it in an account.

Miller says this stems from a tip that said Haleigh's father Ronald needs $35,000 to get his daughter back.

But, Ronald Cummings' attorney says this is misinformation, and says Ronald does not know where his daughter is, and the money will not bring her home.

This is the 2nd news story I've seen that leads out with this info.  How is TES going to receive this money since the check is written out to Ron????

mamacrazy30 ~  I have had the scanner on for about 2 hrs now.  Constant transmissions going on.  As soon as I clicked on the 'speaker' at the site, it was on.

should the speaker be blue or black?  i don't know if i'm muting myself or not 'cause i can't hear anything....

If that doesnt work close both programs (scanner and media player)and start over again..

i luv this scanner thing...while growing up in the boonies of ar everyone had one....it's 'shameful' now since i live in a fairly large city (unless your a drug dealer) but back in the day (the day of one newspaper a week) it was all you had.

Now I'm pizzed again at Nancy's tone.......FTLOG, she's already treated her like a POS earlier, surely she could understand Crystal being nervous and of course she has no direct knowledge of the 3 day drug/sex binge, but it's been put out there forever. 

No kidding . . . why does NG so clearly dislike Crystal? She goes out of her way to bully her - knowing full well she does not have the intelligence or hutzpah to speak up for herself . . . sheesh.

I am not a big fan of NG because I feel she goes off on a tangent without getting to the answers, AND I have been broken hearted for Crystal since February, but Crystal is her own worst enemy tonight! I'm with Nancy here, this precious girl never had a chance! HOW do you not know when she got out of school, when she was dropped off at the bus stop, if not prior to her going missing at least by now she should have all these facts down and be digging like we are!! and know who was the last person unrelated to this mess to see HaLeigh, why doesn't she know these things??? she may be speaking vaguely from distrust of Nancy, and not wanting to say something that NG can/will turn her own words on her, but basics facts, come on Crystal, she looks as detached from HaLeigh as Misty does, she should not have agreed to this interview IMO

I feel that all of the adults in Haleigh's life (except for her teacher) have let her down, myself.

So very sad. Such a precious little girl.

I agree with you 100%, Brandi. Agreed - all of the adults in Haleigh's life have let her down - most especially 'family'. Absolutely. No question. Quite honestly, none of them should be having children at all - it is VERY VERY sad, and a travesty.

Wasn't trying to defend Crystal as a parent  - not at all. She too has a lifetime full of skeletons - I agree. And I truly hope that she will be able to turn her life around now.

I agree with you and if it weren't for the fact that I care about what has happened to an innocent child, I would not spend 2 minutes following the antics of this unsavory cast of characters. And I mean every last one of them.

If Misty shut her phone off around 8:30...Ron wouldn't know if she had company or not.  Sure makes it easier for her to have company if she isn't bothered by the pesty phone ringin...KWIM

I had a thought when i awoke this morning.  Just thinking about the beds being made and all the confusion of who was sleeping where.  We are all assuming that she either went out and left the children there or someone was in the house.  I have a third theory.  What if she went out and had the children with her, and something happened outside of the home and the house staged after she returned home.  Maybe out there but how do we know she and the kids were home all night someone could have picked them up.

Possible GRAPEAPE, however if Ron Jr was awake doing the time, would he not be able to tell his dad or someone that they went somewhere, even with whom.

Hey all!  Normally post over in Caylee's thread, but been reading here a little too.  Great theory, GRAPEAPE!  How many people with children wash their blanket so close to bedtime?  Anyone?  If it smelled like urine, as Missy asserted, why didn't Misty wash it much earlier in the day (say...when they were supposedly napping until 11 a.m.)? You would certainly know and clearly remember where you put a child down to sleep...unless you were drunk,high, seriously hung over, or just not home.  You would remember if said child crawled into your bed later too.
Heart link-good point!  Which leads me to ask, what if Ron Jr. had been drugged (as in Children's Benadryl or something similar)?  Seriously, if Misty had just been drug home/gotten home from a weekend bender (reportedly), would she really have been all that maternally inclined toward Misty or Ron Jr.?  I'm thinking NOT.
