I think that Hank is stirring the pot to protect Tommy, and perhaps Misty.

Definitely, Hank's call sounded like a premptive strike to put the blame on Ron.  Why do I have hope all this means that Misty willl soon be trapped & arrested.

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- Texas Equusearch expects to receive a gift of $35,000 in hopes of finding Haleigh Cummings, who has been missing for more than six months.

Director Tim Miller sought out the money from a sponsor and will put it in an account.

Miller says this stems from a tip that said Haleigh's father Ronald needs $35,000 to get his daughter back.

But, Ronald Cummings' attorney says this is misinformation, and says Ronald does not know where his daughter is, and the money will not bring her home.

I haven't posted in quite awhile but I always lurk! this case makes me crazy!!! is there a hypnosis video??? if so I missed it and can't seem to find it, thanks anyone who can show it to me. and now there is someone who is donating 35 grand to Ronald without knowing how he'll use it to get Haleigh back??? and if money could get Haleigh back why hasn't he asked for it a long time ago?? this is insane, it really makes you wonder what the he** is going on down there and just how MANY people are involved in what is beginning to look like a charade for profit. So we're back to the laundry and IMO the van is still a key piece of evidence that has not been looked into or explained properly to this day!! I sure hope NG allows her guests to speak tonight so we can get any new info, we have all seen how the scolding of comments interfere with the rest of an interview jmo

Ron is the easy target here but I just have a gut that he is telling the truth and does not have a clue about what happened to Haleigh.  I just can't figure him out and am not convinced.  He may be alot of things but I don't see him hurting Haleigh.  I'm crazy I know!

There is another bizzare turn of events in the disappearance of 6-year old Haleigh Cummings. The father Misty Croslin-Cummings, Haleigh's babysitter-now stepmom who was supposed to be watching the child the night she disappeared, left a strange message on the phone of Texas Equusearch Director Tim Miller claiming Ronald Cummings needs $35,000 to get the child back!

Recently Tim Miller with Texas Eqqusearch was asked to once again help search for the child. Two weeks ago, Misty Cummings asked Miller to arrange a polygraph to clear her of suspsicion since police had publicly said her stories of the night in question are inconsistent.

Misty failed both the polygraph and a voice stress test. She is now saying she was duped into taking the tests.

On August 28th, Misty Cummings’ father, Hank Croslin Sr., left a voicemail message for Miller claiming Ronald Cummings told him "If I had $35,000, I could have Haleigh back."

Croslin said on the message he had two witnesses claiming Ronald had made the statement.

Croslin said he thought Tim Miller was a friend and was angry that the pressure appeared to be on his daughter.

Miller sought the help of a fellow Texan and friend of Millers, Roy Moffitt of Roy Moffitt Customized Fueling Inc.. Moffit has since written a check to Ronald Cummings for $35,000 payable upon the safe return of Haleigh.

The Sky's TJ Hart asked Miller what exactly the $35,000 was for. Miller said he was only concerned about getting missing Haleigh back and that he "didn't give a damn."

Hart now has in his posession and has forwarded copies of telephone messages of Croslin making the $35,000 claim and another one from Ronald Cumming mother Teresa Neves from August 18th.

In that message, Neves appeared to be concerned about Misty’s state of mind, saying she won’t even be in the same room as Ronald,and leaves to talk on the phone privately and is acting “crazy” Neves urges Miller to come to Florida quickly because Misty ”is ready to crack’

There are so many unanswered questions and not enough answers.  In the meantime, Haleigh is still missing.

Man Dies After Being Booked and Released


PALATKA, FL -- Two separate agencies are looking into the death of a 63-year-old man who had been booked into the county jail.

Friday night, August 21, Frank Aubrey Mongal was booked on charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing in a structure, and resisting an officer without violence.

No and there won't be any info released until the trial and then everything that goes on in the trial will be reported. In Canada, we don't have the Sunshine Laws. Rodney Stafford is biking to a place in Alberta where Tori went on a vacation last year. He is bringing some well needed attention to the laws, rules regulation re the Amber Alert that was never issued for Tori.
On his way out of town today, I went to where he was riding. He had a police bike and motorcyle escort. I wanted to meet him at a public event they were having, but couldn't make it very far from home this week.

I am praying that he did not have anything to do with it.

I was just thinking about it a couple of days ago. Thinking that it does happen, and has been happening more than we were aware of.  But I have always hoped that Ronald had nothing directly to do with HaLeigh's disappearance.

Why and how did Tommy get dragged into this ? What motive would Tommy have had to do anything to Haleigh ? He is not the brother that lives in Satsuma. I don't know if he was the brother that was visiting that late afternoon. 
Is Misty is ready to " crack " or does she need some ?
If indeed she is ready to crack up, then she should be questioned again, or better yet arrested for anything.
