What a bunch of carp this is..

The Woodburn police department by stating had "inappropriate relations" with the person who kidnapped her, is suggesting she is not in danger. The father's statements suggest the same.

There hasn't been any news in days.

It seems everyone has given up on poor Elvia. A 13 year old girl that is with a child molester.

It's more than crap, Edward.

A man who may have kidnapped a girl in Oregon is possibly in the Fresno area, the FBI says.

Juan Martinez-Martinez, 36, is sought by Woodburn, Ore., police and the FBI in connection with the disappearance of 14-year-old Elvia Morales. Her older brother tried to prevent her abduction, according to Special Agent Steve Dupre of Sacramento.

Martinez-Martinez is known to be employed as a field worker and also has worked in Ventura County.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at (916) 977-2245.

Police think a girl kidnapped in Oregon may be in the Fresno area. They're looking for 14-year-old Elvia Morales and 38-year-old Juan Martinez. They say Martinez is armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911.

If they are in Fresno .. People better start looking in Mexico..

I forgot to mention how I have noted over the years that, Mexican males act out against American Mexicans.
People who have come from Mexico years ago and have actually become American citizens allow Mexican males to work for them or even live with them.
There is a high rate of attacks by Mexican males for both property theft and personal attacks on Mexican American citizens. Attacks against the young girls of the family is common.
SHE is an American citizen and if she has a child then that child will also be an American citizen.. The Mexican male being the birth father will have some rights if that happens.
There is a strange mode of thinking in south or our border males..
I used to think it was born out of desperation but today I think it is driven out of jealousy/Envy

Missing Woodburn teen's abduction to be featured on "America's Most Wanted"

by Stuart Tomlinson, The Oregonian
Friday August 14, 2009, 3:11 PM

Elvia Morales, 14, was taken from her Woodburn home August 5. Her abduction will be featured on "America's Most Wanted" Saturday

Woodburn police say the case of a 14-year-old girl who was taken from her home last week by a man known to the family will be featured Saturday, 9 p.m., on Fox Television's "America's Most Wanted" program.

Juan Martinez Martinez, 36, described as a transient field worker, walked into the home on the morning of August 5 where Elvia Morales lives with her parents.

Juan Martinez-Martinez is suspected of kidnapping a 14-year-old from her home Wednesday.

He confronted the girl's older cousin, then took the girl with him.

Police said that "there was an ongoing inappropriate relationship" between Martinez and the victim.

The pair may be headed to California, police said. The suspect used to work with the girl's father but the family has not seen Martinez in about two months.

Additional information posted on the "America's Most Wanted" Web site says Martinez took the girl in a dark, older sedan, possibly a Saturn.

Woodburn police Capt. Jason Alexander said police are "very concerned" about the girl's welfare. He said he did not know if the girl went willingly.

The FBI also is investigating. Morales has a diamond-shaped birthmark on her inside left bicep.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Woodburn Police Department at 503-982-2345.

I wont call him names..

But Let me just say this...

It would not matter if she went willingly or not ... !!!!
She is only 14 years old and he is a 35 year old Mexican has a Machismo mindset.. That in itself makes him dangerous.

I agree. It's like the police don't care. It makes me furious. Like I said if this was a pretty white girl that had been kidnapped by force by a grown man it would be all over the news.

Some reports say she is 13.

Earlier reports said Morales was 14 years old but KATU has learned she is actually 13 years old.
