Thanks for that, JSM. As I drove past the ATT office today, I realized that I spent on an iPod what an iPhone would cost...only without having to spend about $100.00 a month so ATT could supervise my life with their iPhone plans! Sorta dumb, but this iPod will put off my iPhone purchase and my turning over my life to ATT for a few years, and that's a good thing!

Now, to figure out how it works...... If my grandson was here, he'd have it up and running in 15 minutes!

Thanks, Trimm. I'll use it after I try to just "wing it". Since I'm all Mac, I think just clicking and dragging from computer to iPod should work. Just think, I'll have the last Doctor Who with Rose in it to watch whenever I need a good cry! Hmmm...might have to buy a comedy. Or learn how to take my TV DVDs and make copies of them for the iPod. Hmmmm....Oh, yeah, and this thing holds billions of photos, videos and music. My MacBook Pro has 160GB of storage, the iPod has 120GB! Guess I'll have to tell the fam that any gifts for me in the future will need to be iTunes gift cards. (where's the rock n' roll monkey?)

Trimm, I would die if Josef brought in a snake. I am about to go walk Josef AGAIN and Chill. My back is killing me today. I think I slept funny or something.

If I don't come back tonight, I will see y'all tomorrow. I have to go to a different Mass tomorrow because the University is closed for the weekend, so that screws up my skating time, then I am going to go see my mom and stepdad and hopefully they can download my competition program from my sisters camera to the computer. We shall see. If not, I will go pay good money to someone that will download it for me. Like I said it wasn't good, but the best I could do at the time. 

You better rest your back and be careful skating  It doesn't take much for the back to go out and hurt.

Wow, I just got back from shopping, Home Depot, JoAnnes and grocery    Magic so glad everything is going good with your daughter and with your sewing. June Lockhart looks great love Lassie  JSM when I walk around the neighborhood the smell that comes from some of the places  I wouldn't eat it if starvation set in. It can be awful I'm sure. Trimm, we got those snakes here, scare the daylight out of me, Zoe is terrified of snakes  There was a lady in JoAnnes with a service dog, on her vest the dog was wearing it said, don't ask me any questions. I'm going to make me one of those vests, but mine is going to say, leave me the he!! alone 

Nothing like the smell of tools and craft supplies to calm your nerves.

Nothing like a Dewalt drill to calm your nerves and if it doesn't go in a hammer will work as well. 

I know it sounds crazy,but I love tools.Even the ones I don't know how to use.
I used to stay in the shop with my Dad when I was growing up.He was very organized and explained all of it to me.
I took the Air Force exam in my senior year in high school and the instructor told me I scored better than almost all the guys in the area of mechanics and chit related to that.
Then he proceeded to tell me about office jobs in the service and I said..... well you can imagine what I said.I wonder if it's still hard on women who want to do mechanics and such?

I bet you said something naughty just like I said to the new people who moved here from NY that tried to mow me and Josef down in the parking lot. They didn't hear me, but the one with the stinky food did. 

 
Did you figure out what they are cooking nest door? My boss use to drive me crazy when he cooked upstairs over our office.Currie was his favorite spice.He was Indian,so he used some funky stuff. 

I don't know what they are cooking, but it is horrible. I just can't imagine what it taste likes.

I don't even remember the class I took in high school, but one semester was sewing  Another was cooking  What a joke 

I took that class in 7th Grade. You guys won't believe it, but I was once in the newspaper as cook of the week.  I was going into my senior year of hs, I made bread, cooked the meals for the house while my mom was at work. I had to give the paper two recipes, one was tuna casserole the other was called sassy cinnamon muffins.

I was so embarrased when I got to school and one of the football players started calling me Sassy Cinnamon Muffin. It sounded like a stripper the way he said it. I didn't know anyone would even see it in the paper, but they did. 

Somewhere I have the paper in a scrapbook to prove it. I quit cooking when I became single. I can only cook for a herd, not just for one person.

It does.  When I still see him he calls me that. It is a joke now.

Trimm, OMG! It just took me 30 seconds to put Barber's Adagio for Strings, Pure Prairie Leagues' Amy, Todd Rundgren's Hello It's Me & I saw the Light, and 2 Doctor Who episodes on the thing! And then I watched and listened to a little of all of them! Freekin aweseome!

Of course, these were all things I had purchased at the iTunes store. Later tonight I'll see how the non-Apple music goes. This is fun!

Oh. I loved it when Joe Walsh was with the Eagles! He gave them a harder edge, and a way more gravely sound! Thanks! NOw, how does one put youtube stuff on an iPod? Bet there's that darn encoding crap that makes it almost imposssible to do that. Thankfully, for DVDs and VHS I have this handy dandy piece of hardware that gets around the encoding....
