Hi everyone.     

I'm back from visiting my new grand baby.    I missed you guys.   I'm so far behind and have so much to do around the house.   I'll try to lurk this weekend and catch up on my reading.

But I wanted to hop in the cage and say hi.

They're doing great.   Thanks for asking.    SIL is good, too.   He jumped right in and starting changing diapers and everything.   I was impressed.    I miss them already.

Woman admits torturing, killing, burning Ariz. man
The Associated Press

PHOENIX -- A Phoenix woman accused of torturing and killing a man in a wheelchair says she did it because he was a snitch, and she enjoyed it.

In a jailhouse interview with television station KTVK, 33-year-old Angela Simpson said in a calm voice that she lured 46-year-old Terry Neely to her apartment with a promise of sex and drugs.

Once there, Simpson says she beat Neely with a tire iron, pulled out his teeth and strangled him with a television cable during three days of torture.

Simpson says she dismembered Neely's body and set it on fire.

Neely's remains were found burning in a trash container outside a church Aug. 5. Autopsy results show a 3-inch nail had been driven into his head.

Simpson says she has no remorse for her actions and actually enjoyed killing Neely.

Thanks Trimmy. I just posted there. I will BBl. I am depressed and going to eat dinner with my two coaches and my skating friend. Gotta get dressed. Have nothing to wear because I have stuffed three trash bags full of clothes that don't fit.

Me either, but they sell it at Pet Smart, and now I'm feeding it to the birds, I swear if I get a pack of Woodpeckers........

I don't know what mix you have, but usually food that will attract woodpeckers will also attract chickadees, grosbeaks, nuthatches, titmice and towhees.  I have a couple of different woodpeckers that come around, and some flickers (like woodpeckers), and I have a feeder for them, and i see the other types of birds I mentioned attracted to them.  They also like oranges.  I saw a big wood pecker on the side of my hummingbird feeder drinking nectar.  He had his big long beak stuck in one of the little holes.  I put some stale hamburger buns out this a.m. for the birds, and the deer were gobbling it up. 

I get my birdfood from Tractor Supply, Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot.  Petsmart was kind of pricey.  But I feed a lot of birds.  I NEVER buy bird food stuff when my husband is with me.  I don't want him to know how much I spend.  I buy nyjer seed, safflower seed, suet blocks, peanuts, and I get my black oiled sunflower seed in 40 lb bags.

Tell me about it, my husband is questioning the cost, Pet Smart does cost more, but there is one type of food that I like from there. I do go to Walmart and Home Depot also. I always get the same birds, only once I got a bird that I swear got out of a zoo, certainly didn't fit around here. I buy safflower seed, and no waste bird food, they are suppose to not make any mess because it is all edible, but they still do. Suet blocks they didn't care for at all
