Love the pic of the man and dog in the ice cold weather    Hope you had a good time yesterday 

Thank you No Rose.  We had an amazing time.  Weather was great.  Kids had a blast, I sat on my fold um chair on the beach and watched the kids take turns on the boats, skiing, tubing and knee boarding, having wet sand fights, jumping off the pier in groups, making sand cities and then bringing buckets of lakewater up to flood them and start over and just thought that this was what life was all about.  The friend my daughter brought had never been water tubing or even behind a boat before.  By the end of the day she was beside my daughter knee boarding as the two of them were knee boarding beside each other together.  The boats could not go fast enough for her and we could hear her screams across the lake as they were tubing.  The older kids watched the little ones, little ones watched the older ones (lol), and everyone got to play on the water as we (the group of neighbours)  had 3 boats out there.  We had a great potluck dinner roasting burgers, hot dogs and marshmellows on a wood fire, can not count how many salads and desserts.  I brought lemon meringue pie and a cherry cake made from my sour cherries as well as all the buns I made the day before.  No shortage of food or friends.  Best part.......no one got hurt!!!!  I took a ton of pics, I have to go through them and see which ones to post.  I don't want the kids or their friends faces on the net.  School started today so the younger ones were not impressed when I had to wake them to get up this morning.

Here is one from later on in the day when the girls were kneeboarding together.  I was so happy that we could bring this girl along with us to share a wonderful day of fun with her.  I am sure we made some lifetime memories for her yesterday.

That looks like fun. I kneeboarded once, took me forever to get up on there, never did it again. My abdominal muscles hurt for days.

My girlfriend just left.    I feel so sorry for her.She was crying because her daughter was having a horrible day.I knew I heard a lawnmower,and it was the daughter.She was was just riding around her yard....for a while.
Maybe that helped to drown out all the other noises in her head right now.She will have to find her way,in her own time.Please pray for her tonight.   
No more sad stuff I promise.

Thanks Trimm, I have known about this mosque/"cultural" center for a while. They are pretty nasty and I can't for the life of me remember the name of the blog I used to read where this guy was calling them out on it. If I were at work I could find it, because I have it bookmarked. Thanks for the updates. I said yesterday for the person that wrote that story to look at the mosque they attended and low and behold hmmm.. JSM is finally right!  At least according to her attorney.

I will pray for her Trimm. It must be really hard on her. I know when my Grandma passed and I lived in the country, there wasn't a blade of grass to be found. Mowing the pasture while crying is very therapeutic.
