Work as if it was your first day.

Northern, I didn't make the dip this weekend.  I couldn't find the right kind of stewed tomatoes at the store & my tomatoes may never get ripe.  Still thinking about it and drooling.

It has been so cold here the past few days.  We had frost this morning.
I keep wondering how NR can have warmer weather than ME?

I had frost in July.  Now it is stupid hot.  Just in time for the kids to go back to school!
And then you're going to have one of those days where it drops 40 degrees in one afternoon and everyone will get sick.

I'm glad you had a great time at the lake!!

The turkeys were out here today & I thought of you with all of your fowl. an angelic monkey
The temperature changes are something we get used to.  Hard to dress kids for school at this time of the year.  We had an amazing time at the lake.  I have some new birds visiting me.  I think they are lost.  Not sure what they are but took this last night.  If anyone knows what it is I would love to know.

And to add that fresh tomatoes are $2.99/lb!!!

You can use whole canned tomatoes as well.  Just pour out the liquid and squeeze the toamtoes out a bit as well or it will thin the dip too much.

It will be whatever size the original is.  I have no idea how to resize , sorry.

Ok, I was worried about that. I guess the resizing is for personal photos, which I won't be doing anyway, so no need to worry. Thanks again!

Oh, if I wanted to copy a pic from a news article, would I also have to save it to my computer and add as an attachment?

Thats it!  Thank you!  It is lost though as I am not in Southern Canada.  Should I give it a map to get home before the snow flies?

Yes, I think it is definetly lost .  We have tons of them here & red finches too in the summer.  They love to eat my cone flowers & Xenia's when they go to seed.  Aren't they beautiful?  Here they aren't too scared of people either.

As Ben Franklin said: In wine there is wisdom, in beer there is freedom, in water there is bacteria.

In a number of carefully controlled trials, scientists have demonstrated that if we drink one liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than one kilo of Escherichia col! i, (E. coli) - bacteria found in feces In other words, we are consuming one kilo of
poop.

However, we do NOT run that risk when drinking wine and beer (or tequila, rum, whiskey or other liquor) because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.

Remember: Water = Poop, Wine = Health

Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid, than to drink water and be full of sh!t.

These guys are pretty skiddish.  I am now wondering if they may have been someone's pets that flew the coup?  If you look at the image there is two of them, one was just leaving when I got too close.
