Hi Monkeys,
I just wanted to tell you all what an awesome group you all are. After reading all your post for Tevye this morning with all the music for her. You guys are just awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know how to post the videos or the music. But I have been praying for Tevye and a successful out come from her surgery today. Everyone have a good rest of the day. God Bless

Thanks NoRose.I keep my pistol put up because of the kids,but since they are not here,I have it handy.     Just in case.I think there is a group of these people.I hope no one else thinks of coming out this way.  Bang! 
I walked in on an intruder years ago,and after that I learned how to shoot.

That's so scary, it sounds like they are traveling around, to see what they can rob, but if something would go wrong, people like that wouldn't think twice about shooting the owner. Sure hope the police get them quick.

Sassy just saw a pic of Anna on musings, what a little beauty, all the dark hair. My youngest had a head of dark hair like Anna, and it fell out in patches and came back a lighter brown. 

   Thanks.  Daughter called me last night and told me that she thinks her hair is turning a bit red.   My daughter was a redhead when she was a baby - then turned blonde when she was about 3.  Now her hair is redish-blonde!   

That sounds pretty. We would laugh at the way my youngest daughter's hair fell out in patches, she had bald spots all over, I thought she was going to have to wear a baby wig   Now her hair is so thick, I wish my hair was thick like hers. And Nancy Grace, she needs to be a stay at home mom, it is obvious this is all too much for her, that rudeness is uncalled for.

JSM,I was not over reacitng a bit ago.
Hubby just went and talked to the neighbor back across the hollow...guess what?
The same van showed up at his house and he ran them off.Seems the County Law x2 are on their way.   
There have been complaints of the van in this area.Not going to every house,skipping around.
They pretend to have a problem or need water and distract you and the otherscome in and they rob you.    OMG! I am shaking.
My girlfriend next door was at her shop and didn't hear anybody.They could have got her too.
It's not looking good for these guys.This used to be one of the safest places you can imagine.   

My hinky meter was right.   

    OMG Trimm - I am glad the law is on the way - keep us posted.

I just dropped by to see if there was any news about TEVYE. I see all the music was taken care of today. She will be proud and happy to see and hear it. I have been praying for her all day.

TRIMM, I see you took care of business as usual. I never had a doubt you would be able to do what you had to do, if necessary.

SASSY, I took a peek at your Anna and she is precious. I know you are so happy to be a grandmom. I am sorry your brother is not doing well, and I know that is worrying you. Rehab will be a good thing for him, and they will be able to coax him to do the things he needs to do. They are miracle workers. I will pray for him too. I understand your feelings about your daughter's trip to Dallas. Many here helped me with my jitters when my son flew this summer.

I really miss all you guys. I thank everyone who left me a message in the Prayer thread, and those who didn't.

JSM,I'll be back in a bit.My neighbor just fond 2 mexicans next door pretending to sell vaccuum cleaners.The white van got a way.It must have left them    ,!!!!!  The police just chased athe van accross the bridge.OMG  I am freaking out.

Update on my brother -  he's not doing well.   He hasn't been trying to walk or anything.  He just wants to lay there and be left alone.   Doc said if he doesn't get up and try to start moving, he's going to get pneumonia.  He's still in ICU.      They are saying when he leaves that hospital, they are going to put him in a rehab center for a couple of weeks because he will need help walking and getting out of chairs, etc.   

Sassy I will continue praying for him - I hope they can get him up and moving around it is important after surgery to move some.

About two months ago, we had a group of young people (looked like college students) that were going around to the condo/townhouse sections of our development and knocking on doors - asking for donations for a church repair project.  Then the following weekend, they went around knocking on doors and asking for donations for a scholarship program through the Washington Post. (which was bogus)    They even cornered my daughter as she was trying to get out of her car.   She was inside her car and called me.   I told her not to get out until they left.  She let them see that she was on her cell phone and they walked away.   I called 911 and reported them.   They must have picked these guys up because I never saw them again.    The cops told me they were probably bumming money for drugs.

Trimm I am with JSM with this. How scary for you all.  Thank God your hubby was home. These scum bags probable think they are safe robbing people out in the rural areas. What they don't realize is just cause we live in the country we aren't stupid. Since we moved from the city to the country, I have found that we all pay more attention to who comes and goes around us than living in the city. Everybody watches out for each other. I hope they catch them.  Please let us know what happens.

When I lived in the country we knew who should be there and who shouldn't. I hope they catch those creeps at Trimm's
