We have a new poster in the oil and gas thread!
Who IS his father??

Just a guess...but a good one I think.  May not be who he says he is...but I think this is who he wants us to believe his father is.

There is no birth record to be found for Victor Winston Helman.

Also - while there is a record of a divorce and 4 children.......

There is no record of a marriage, nor birth of 2 of those 4 children.

Possible meaning?  Victor was born outside of the US, was married outside of the US, and had the first of his 4 children outside of the US.

So........where?

So I guess this guy could be a possibility as the pond witness hoaxter still.

Would be nice to find out what/if any long term connection he has to Aruba, aside from this recent trip from the return of which he was arrested....

Keep in mind, Steve Cohen has solid ties to that rock since 1979 - and of course we've got the ex-pats such as Renfro and Purcell living there - so it wouldn't be that unheard of for this guy to actually "live" on Aruba, while still maintaining his US residency as well.

Jen3560's original post was made in this thread (NCD)....TM quoted it when the visitor arrived...BUT, he arrived and posted in the Oil & Gas Info thread....why?   Inquiring minds...mmmmmm

I know you are all past this somewhat but I'm still mulling it over a bit.

In my mind he posted in the Oil & Gas Thread because it was the one on top and he didn't notice.
I have done that myself a couple of times.  My question is how did he find us.....just google?

Yes.  He just did a search of his father's name - and it brought him here.

Well isn't that sweet?  Guess I'd better get to the other thread and start posing some questions to our new member who appears eager to answer them.

Rona Coster
Aruba’s first golf series concluded last Saturday as the last of the 5 week series of events for the 2009 Tierra del Sol Heritage Cup presented by Boolchand’s, came to a festive end.

Head Pro Oliver Riding and Ravee Boolchand had the distinct honor of awarding prizes to the winners at an informal award ceremony hosted by Amadeus Bar & Restaurant in Tanki Leendert.

The final results of the Tierra del Sol Heritage Cup listed Stallin Tullod, Cisco Quant, Maurice de L’Isle, Nigel Nedd, Rey Rasmijn, Junior Croes, Hunt Riley, Axl Ismael, Benno Oldenhof & Orlando Rasmijn as the top ten players.

The Stableford standing for the 5th and last round in the Heritage Cup series listed Maurice De L’Isle, Axl Ismael, Stallin Tullod, Ricky Quant, Henk Steenbergen, Hunt Riley, Patrick Haime, Ravee Boolchand, Patrick Boset, & Shine Helmen as the top players for that day. George Wong won the longest drive on hole #6 and Hunt Riley was closest to the pin on hole #13.

Tierra del Sol is proud to have teamed up with Boolchand’s and BOSE in order to make this event a success and is already working on next year’s expanded event format perhaps with additional sponsors.

Cars of employees Astec block access of the port of Oranjestad. On the blackboard is written "Arubans can lead port. There is no need for Spaniards ", referring to the Spanish companies that allegedly harbor in Barcadera would take over.

ORANGE CITY - The stevedoring company Astec dock workers are on strike. Today they have the ports of Oranjestad and Barcadera, and their offices, laid flat.

According to Dave Franks, chairman of the trade Union portuário di Aruba (UPA), they are still waiting for written confirmation of Tourism and Transport Minister Edison Briesen about their conditions. "We had received a verbal promise that our current conditions remain unchanged. But we have a written confirmation yet. We had the Minister yesterday given this ensure compliance, but there is no response to data. And so we proceeded to action, "said Franken, just before a meeting which would be decided whether the action be continued or not.
Last week laid the employees of all Astec few hours work to ignore, because they want written assurances from the Government that their wages, job, individual and collective employment are maintained, whatever the outcome of the award process for container stevedoring in the port of Barcadera.

Ordinance
Astec last month after the arbitration case concerning the termination of the contract award at the Aruba Ports Authority (APA) lost, gave Minister Edison Briesen (MEP) of Tourism and Transport oral commitment to UPA concerned that workers would not lose their jobs. The union, however, these guarantees require an Ordinance. After the arbitration case showed the Minister Briesen Astec employees know that if the contract is terminated by the stevedoring company, APA is required to ensure that the new concessionaire takes over and employees of Astec any termination benefits for employees who do not go yet, to take on.

Briesen had against the press that "Director of Clean down" Astec all jobs would be guaranteed by APA. He also worked on the "shame" now find that their employer Astec arbitration case against Aruba Ports Authority had lost the political opponents of the government members of the UPA government against the wish token.
