What's everybody's best guess on what the news will be?

They will be released.  This is one time that I hope I am wrong.  Joran is hiding out in the Netherlands.

The hearing is over.  The Judge will now consider the arguments and make his ruling.

No way to know when that will happen.

Darn! I was hoping someone had a different suspicion, but I think they will be released too.  Crying or Very sad

Well, I'll choose to think they won't be, anyway. Maybe it got a little harder after the recent Interview, huh?

I am asking our Alabama monkeys for a little help today...below is the link to Rep. Spencer Bacchus' website.  Since I don't live in his district I am basically a nobody as far voting is concerned, yet I still call and email anyway.  I think any and all of us monkeys should remind him and our Senators what is happening today.  If any of you have the time please help me make this happen. Remember that just a few people can make a difference if they try. It would not hurt for all of us to remind our politicians who pays their salaries. TIA

    That's the spirit, Robots!

I do believe that someday the truth will bubble up and I don't think those responsible for Natalee's death will be unaffected by it. I just don't have a lot of faith in this particular system to execute that justice.

cbb- I am hoping along with you they do NOT release them as suspects.  But I am not going to be surprised if they do release them.  It would be logical to wait until the Dutch team gives their findings - but there has never been anything resembling logic relating to this case.  I would like to know who the judge was hearing this.  Gosh - to be a fly on the wall.

This is a joint action of the lawyers asking Karin to make the case stronger and prosecute it...or end their "suspect" status.

Joint action? This screams conspiracy. They are lying and pointing the finger at each other yet their lawyers are promoting them as a unified entity in this action. No reason for this unless they are bound together by guilt.

Well, bearing in mind that so far in this case my accuracy rate for predictions/guesses is basically 100%, I will now put that stellar record in jeapardy by making a rare, non-pessimistic  prediction.  Don't know about 2K, but I predict Joran will not be released as a suspect.

Shocked I wonder...quite a similarity in the names. They're dropping like flies in Arbua.

Which then leaves only the 2 security guards remaining as suspects.

Maybe the Dutch have already made their finding available to Aruba.  They would not tell the public for fear of the outcry for justice overwhelming the island.
