this little chit is calculating... and cold blooded.

He's inventing the beach walk... we all know that already.

...but he is crafting these stories for a reason. These details
   are carefully planned to create confusion and doubt.

1. If he claims they walked near the fisherman huts...
    he sets the stage for someone to think...the fisherman
    did it. As we can see, this tactic works on people with
    the IQ of an effin cactus.

2. He says Deepak dropped him off first, then Satish dropped
    him off at home. It is imperative
    that he draw a Kalpoe in to it. He then plants a seed
    in someone's mind... maybe a Kalpoe did it!!!... when
    Deepak or Satish drove back back from Joran's to home.

3. He says there's someone else's DNA on Nat's toothbrush...
    and that the Current Affair reporter should investigate
    the MB students!
   

4. I know there has to be a crafty reason that he says at first
    Lighthouse & later... no lighthouse, we went to my house.
    There's evidence or witnesse(s) --- something that requires
    him being in that location at that time. ( sumpin' maybe
    not even known publicly just yet.)

So if K2 are released as suspects, what does it really mean or what does it change .  I don't understand their system.  

I don't think it means too much Anna. It could possibly limit ALE's investigative powers re the suspects, like phone taps or surveillance. Beyond that i do not know.

If they are released they lose the title of suspect.. But Under dutch
law If CREDIBLE evidence comes forward they can be brought back
in for questioning and labeled a suspect for another 2 years
to me them being released doesnt mean anything since the case is still
under investigation.. If anything comes forward there right back where
they started from and the clock starts ticking again

This is part of the Breaking News I wanted to share: The security guards are still suspects in the case of Natalee Holloway.

In court today was the lawyer for the Security Guard Mickey John.

They also started a case months ago where they also asked for his name to cleared as suspects.

The judge initially denied this.

So they went once again today. Finally the Prosecutor agreed that there is indeed no reason to keep having Mickey John as a suspect in the case.

The judge will make his decision known in two weeks.

Did you see the photo Klaas posted in the last couple of days of the mattress?  It is more like a kindergarten nap mat except bigger, not like a real mattress at all.  

Strange it was on the floor.  Does Joran sleep on it on the floor or what?  Was it on the floor for another reason?  If Joran had all these sleep overs that Anita says, does that mean they slept on the floor, too?  On the concrete or on the mattress or what?

I agree.  This is what I, too, have thought he was doing.  I believe when Paulus went to work for the lawyer Carlos, he got any files he did not already have and he and Joran began to go over them.

To someone Joran admitted spending hours daily on the files in the dossier.  When he finds something that could nab him he invents a lie to cover it.  He already has that lie in place by the time ALE drags their feet around to asking about it.

I call them designer lies but they all have a reason.  You are right about that.  Sometimes that reason doesn't surface until much later.

You have more photos than most of us and bet you have one of them.  Remember when Melody and her friend were in Joran's apartment, licking his pimples, etc.?  There is at least one of just the two girls and you can see the mattress pretty well in that one.

If you don't have it yourself, I will see if I can find it but bet you do.

I believe Joe Mammana is married.  G Gordon Liddy says as a convicted felon that he, G Gordon, cannot own a gun but that Mrs. Liddy has quite an extensive collection.

So I wonder if Joe owns the gun or if it belongs to his wife.  

I thought I read it was registered to his father in 1979.  And yes, I believe his wife would be allowed to own a gun.  I bet she could keep it in her nightstand if she so desired.  

Paying for convictions is the only way it makes sense to pay at all.  Look at this case.  Lots of arrests.  No susbstantial follow up and/or investigation.  Result:  no conviction, no reward.

He is getting harrased for not paying those rewards, as well he should.  I cant believe he is pulling that crap.

I can't believe he is that cavalier to have a gun in his house, on the night stand no less when he is a convicted felon.

I thought it was the way the contracts were written about the rewards that the fellow on Dana's program did not like.  I had not heard anything about him "not paying" when clues and information led to conviction.  Have I missed something?  I think he is a target and Joe Tackyface is going after him with the help of the arseholes on Refugees.

I'm not sure...I know someone who filed a law suit against him mysteriously got the tar beaten out of him about a week ago, I posted a story about it...

Too bad it was not our delicious sporter.  But does he have any tar in him?  I think he is a weak boy with sap flowing through his ovaries.

Mickey Johns has been a suspect for 18 months.  Charges include murder of Natalee Holloway.  He was arrested and detained on June 5, 2005.

What evidence was produced to support his arrest, detention and to maintain his current status as "suspect"?
