I am listening to the Tracy tape now (just 10 minutes into a 65 minute tape) and really find her giggling throughout it annoying. I gusee it is from nervousness. But it is driving me nutz.

So far:
Tracy was called to watch Casey to make sure she did not hurt herself. Apparently Tony (the bondsman) was worried that she might hurt herself.

At first, Jose was finw with people having access to Casey, then as soon as she was released, he changed the rules. Only Tracy was allowed around Casey without Jose present.

Tracy stayed in Casey's bedroom. Casey spent the nights with Cindy in her bedroom and George slept on the couch. Jim (George's friend from Ohio) was there and stayed in the computer room.

Tracy had to sign a contract with Jose stating she would not make any recordings.

Ok, back to listening. But this is painful.

I think having Tracey on the stand will destroy Casey and the defense, I sure hope all this is admissable.  As you said, my mouth is still hanging open!!!!

So ABC was footing the bill to feed KC Olive Garden during her daily stay at Bia$$'s office?   Hmmmmmm that is very interesting pretty much the money was flowing early on in this case.  Listening to Tracy describe what KC said and did makes my blood boil......I have never really cared if she got the DP as long as she got LWOP but right now I want her to rot in hell with an injection to her arm!!!!!!  Let Howard Stern show that on his show KC!!

Or as WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Greg Warmoth previewed them: "Newly released recordings that Casey Anthony's defense team did not want you to hear."

But through noon newscasts today, viewers were able to hear comments from bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his associates.

WFTV and WESH-Channel 2 focused on Padilla employee Tracy McLaughlin's comments to investigators. WFTV's Kathi Belich highlighted McLaughlin's view that "Casey was very concerned about what she would wear in front of our cameras. Tracy said she never seemed so concerned about Caylee."

Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

"Fascinating," WESH's Michelle Meredith said of McLaughlin's comments about life inside the Anthony home. Anchor Syan Rhodes said McLaughlin described Anthony's behavior as "peculiar."

On arriving home, Anthony wanted to take a shower and didn't say anything about Caylee, McLaughlin said.

McLaughlin in her own words: "I was thinking: She's not even upset. Not a word about her daughter. None. And George didn't say anything. And Cindy didn't say anything. It was just unbelievable."

WKMG-Channel 6 examined why Jose Baez had tried to block the release of investigators' interviews with Padilla and the Padilla team. Padilla acknowledged he had signed a contract with Anthony attorney Baez. Reporter Louis Bolden promised more coverage later, including a look at how close the Anthony private investigators came to the spot where Caylee's remains were later found.

Casey says Caylee is Italian, but that she herself is Romanian and Irish. Tells Tracy that Jesus Ortiz is not Caylee's father, but doesn't say anything else about who is. Tracy thinks she doesn't know who the father is.

Tracy says BOZO pulled out the birthday card that Jesse gave to Caylee for her first birthday....Tracy says it is something one would give to a wife or lover..but showed how much Jesse loved Caylee .Tracy also said it was clear BOZO was trying to steer them towards Jesse. 

Jesse obviously didn't know what kind of car would be approriate for a 1 year old.

Tracy said Casey watched some local news and a little bit of NG. Casey didn't say much about the reports. She loved being on TV. She even had matching clothes picked out for herself and Tracy to wear to Jose's office! It was all a game to Casey, Tracy said.

Tracy says kc  has lied all her life....she had no help (I am assuming she means killing or disposing of Caylee's body) and will never talk.

I missed something earlier about the shovel...kc says they have the time line wrong....and she used to shovel to get the ladder out of the pool??  Did anyone else catch that...my darn phone rang!!
