OK, you all have made me feel better.  Thanks.  I have a question though.  Is the Prosecution saving their best evidence for trial? I never heard if they found finger prints on the duct tape. Can they save evidence without sharing it with Baez?

Yes they are, the best for the trial. I don't think they can keep evidence from the defense, but there are somethings in the Sunshine Laws where all of the evidence doesn't come out for the public to see.

It is possible BOZO has gotten more evidence that we have seen. Sometimes there is evidence that the public doesn't see and can be blocked from the Sunshine Laws, unfortunately.  Personally, I do think there is fingerprints from Skanky on the duct tape. Only, Georgie, Spindy and Lee have been ruled out. That is my belief, others may think otherwise.

There's the real cliff-hanger!
Wish we knew......
But, no all evidence has to be shared with the defense. They have to know what she's accused of and every shred of evidence that supports the prosecution.

And, I think I heard that anything that is still part of an "ongoing" investigation does not have to be released to the public.....  It is my opinion that the detectives are still "investigating" details of the murder, and so anything connected with that investigation we have not yet seen and will not until trial.  That will be the most damning evidence, IMO.

ITA - Skanky used up her happy hours!  I don't think she'll have many "happy" hours of any kind in her future.

He didn't-  it will not be heard until at least Oct 2010, after the murder trial.

Just been reading the Orlando Sentinel. Gotta love Bill Sheaffer and Kathy Belich!
Their comments about the sloppy work done so far by "Professor Andrea Lyons, as they like to call her' are enlightening..
Wish we could have a Q&A session with him or Kathy Belich on here......

Documents, Tattoo Pics Released In Anthony Case
Prosecutors Say Anthony's Tattoo Suggests She Wasn't Looking For Caylee

POSTED: 12:26 pm EDT August 25, 2009
UPDATED: 4:45 pm EDT August 25, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state of Florida has released to her defense team some 2,000 new pages of evidence they plan to use against her.

That includes photos of the tattoo Casey got while her daughter, Caylee Anthony, was missing.

Based on the newly filed document, investigators have gone to see Casey Anthony in jail and taken a picture of the tattoo on her left shoulder.

It's a fairly common tattoo with the words "la bella vita," which is translated to mean "the good life" or "the beautiful life."

Celebrities like Lindsay Lohan have the same tattoo. But prosecutors will argue that Casey Anthony got the tattoo during the first week of July while Caylee was still believed to be missing.

They will use it as evidence that Casey Anthony was not really looking for her, but rather appeared to be enjoying her new life without a child to care for. Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in her daughter's disappearance. Caylee's remains were found last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

There are other items of evidence the state has gathered, including eight CDs of images gathered from the public image sharing Web site Photo Bucket.

"She was so detached from her daughter. She didn't care," defense lawyer Richard Hornsby said.

In the absence of a murder confession from Casey Anthony, Hornsby said prosecutors can use images of her tattoo, and the Photo Bucket pictures in their attempt to prove motive: Casey Anthony got rid of her child so she could resume her self-absorbed lifestyle.

"It shows she's not acting appropriately. She's not behaving like a woman whose daughter is missing and kidnapped," Hornsby said.

Also Tuesday, attorney Jose Baez is now asking for a trial date to be set on Casey Anthony's check fraud trial, and two people have been added to the state's witness list; an aerial imaging and computer expert.
