I recall NeJame saying 22/32 volunteer searchers had been notified as well at the August 21st hearing.

   I am so glad Padilla and company can talk!!  Great news!!  I am so mad about having searchers subject to inspection by defense, that is so wrong.  The STORM came and dumped all that water, and I am hoping after hearing all that happened and how Tim pulled out so the scene would not be damaged, the jurors will be smart enough to know how the wool is being pulled over their eyes.    The thankless Anthony's might be surprised by all the things Tim and the searchers could tell the jury about their behavior!!

I am also at a loss as to why the Judge would let the defense have Tony's phone conversations all the way to December.  There is absolutely no reason for that and it makes me so mad!!  What would they gain except to try and embarrass Tony for; revenge for Casey?  I don't get that ruling and I like many others hope Strickland will start getting his court in order and quit falling for the greiving grandparents and their arrogance.

That is my hope too. I keep thinking he has his reasons...but I would like to see some tough love come out of him!!

Me either, because this was exactly what Mark NeJame told Judge Strickland that he & Tim were comfortable with during the hearing last week.

Hi there-it's me again.  I'm still looking at videos.  Came across the recent one and noticed George says he, Cindy and Lee need to know what happened to Caylee.  Casey's name wasn't mentioned.  Mark Nejame was very graceful with George.  It was nice to see a calm interaction for a change.

I actually see this as a victory to Tim and TES.  It is only reasonable to assume if you go out and search and discover something you might be called as a witness.  I think what TIM really was fighting was the blanket disruption of all the searchers who helped.  Tim and Nejame basically told the judge, here is what we feel is reasonable if you can't allow all the searchers anywhere close privacy. 
Remember everyone, we want cASSy to get a fair trial, so we don't have appeals or a mistrial and start all over.  I have faith that if a person is of the character to go and search for a missing child, they won't lie to please the defense or for $. 
So, I think this was a win for TES and Tim and bozo got nothing but what was fair.  No victory for temple fang man.
