Both of these photos pictured are the males who kidnapped the 5 year old boy from San Bernadiono. They are wanted by the F.B.I. and identified..
The boy was later found on the streets of Mexicali Mexico.

The drawn images are from witnessed crimed reports on other crimes..

The one on the left is a male who attempted to kidnap a girl in Auburn California..Located near Sacramento.. It is relevant because after the boy was kidnapped nobody knows which way the culprits traveled. They may have taken a trip north and then returned to Mexico later.

The one on the right is a male who attempted to kidnap a girl in Redondo Beach...
A white van with 2 males reported drawing is of the one male that the witness did see.
coincidentally..
Another woman and her vehicle went missing from Redondo beach and later her body is found in the hills just to the east of San Bernadino.. Her vehicle was returned to Redondo beach..

San Diego, north
This is the images of a male who was seen on store video at a Kmart..
He is accused of molesting children inside of the store..

Addition to this is another case in los angeles..

 August 03, 1999

COMMERCE — Los Angeles County sheriff's investigators are looking for a man who molested a 3-year-old girl inside the bathroom of a Kmart over the weekend.

Deputy Cruz Solis said the incident occurred about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. The toddler was gone for about five minutes when her mother noticed she was missing.

"[The woman] called her little girl and she came running out of the bathroom," Solis said. "She said a man had taken her into the bathroom and had pulled down her pants and fondled her private parts."

Witnesses said that before the incident they saw a man loitering near the bathroom of the store, located on the 5700 block of Whittier Blvd.

The perpetrator is described as a Latino about 5-feet-8, 180 pounds with dark eyes and graying hair. Authorities said he was in his mid- to late 50s, wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue slacks.

Investigators said they were reviewing surveillance tapes in hopes of getting a more detailed description of the man.

Authorities ask anyone with information about the case to call the sheriff's East Los Angeles station at (323) 526-5541.

So there appears to be a pattern of behavior at Kmarts from Sandiego to Losa Angeles against small children.
Is it the same guy ??  Police better compare images..mo.

Private investigator Garcia reports early on that a girl in Escandido was almost abducted by a male on in White SUV 2 weeks before Amber went missing..
She ran into an elementary school to get away..

Also.... Garcia talks of this case..
This one an abduction in Powway California..

Poway, Calif. -- Authorities asked the public Monday for help in identifying and locating three men who abducted a 12-year-old girl on a Poway street last week.

Sheriff's officials released a sketch of one of the kidnappers, who drove the victim around the Poway area for about a half-hour before releasing her unharmed.

The youngster reported that the trio confronted her near the intersection of Scots Way and Midland Road as she was walking home about 5:30 p.m. Thursday and forced her into an older-model white van, Detective Christopher Johnson said.

The girl said the men -- she described them as Latinos in their 20s or early 30s -- did not assault her and eventually pulled over and let her get out of the vehicle.

Police said Tuesday that a 27-year-old man was in custody on suspicion of abducting and raping a 16-year-old girl in the East County.
The man, Willie Kendall Williams, was arrested around 6 p.m. Monday at a relative's home in San Diego, El Cajon police Lt. Tim Henton said.

Williams allegedly forced the girl into a green older-model car in or near the 1100 block of East Main Street in El Cajon about 9 a.m. Monday, Lt. Steve Shakowski said.

According to the girl, Williams then drove a short distance, pulled over in an alley and sexually assaulted her before letting her go, he said.

The teen said she saw a pistol in the sedan, according to police.

The vehicle description given by the girl matched that of one stolen Monday morning about a mile from where the assault took place, Henton said.

Once Williams was identified as a suspect in the auto theft, his picture was included in a photo line-up shown to the girl who reported being assaulted, according to Henton. He said the girl identified Williams as her attacker.

Williams was booked into San Diego County Jail on suspicion of kidnapping for the purpose of sexual assault, forcible oral copulation with a juvenile and assault with a deadly weapon.

Whereabouts of missing teenage girls remains a mystery

Julianne Buzzelli, 16, and Alexis "Lexi" Bailey, 15.

Search on for missing Riverside County teenage girls Police continue to search for two Temecula-area teenage girls who have not been seen since late Friday night.

Alexis “Lexi” Bailey, 15, and Julianne Buzzelli, 16, were last seen at 11:45 p.m. when they left Bailey's home in the French Valley Winchester area where they had been having a sleepover.

Authorities consider the girls to be runaways because they left the house on their own accord. What has happened to them since is a mystery.

Candlelight vigils have been ongoing for several nights now, and a Web site – findbuzzellibailey.com – has been created.

Lexi's father, Michael Bailey, said the outpouring of concern from the public, which has posted fliers throughout the area, has been overwhelming.

Police told the families Julianne's cell phone was used about 2:45 a.m. Saturday morning to call for a taxi near the Pechanga casino about 10 miles from Bailey's home. However the taxi company has no record of picking up the girls.

Riverside Sheriff's Department spokesman Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez said detectives continue to follow up leads but based on the way the girls left the house they are classified as runaways rather than “at risk” missing youths.

“Right now we're just trying to find the girls to reunite them with their families who are going through a lot of anguish,” he said.

Gutierrez said there have been no sightings of the girls, but declined to discuss specifics about the investigation.

Anyone with information about the girls is asked to call (951) 696-3000.

They are right in line with San Bernadino...
It is in a pattern of behavior area from another case that turned out to be murder..

Lets hope they find these girls soon and LE better be all over those Indian casino cameras..
OH Wait a second...Some time ago some idiots gave away America to the Indians and LE has zero jurisdiction to see those cameras or even search on the Indian land.

ZERO !!

The family better contact the Federal Marshall's office as they are the only ones who can go look.. and even the Federal Marshall has to ask for permission...

This is NOT America anymore... You or I have no rights..
 Enjoy the casino

Search on !! for missing Riverside County teenage girls

Julianne Buzzelli, 16, and Alexis "Lexi" Bailey, 15. - Riverside sheriff's detectives are searching for two teenage girls who disappeared from a home near Temecula Friday night and haven't been seen since.
Alexis “Lexi” Bailey, 15, and Julianne Buzzelli, 16, were spending the night at Alexis' home Friday night and went outside with nothing but the clothes on their back. Neither has a driver's license or a car, Lexi's father, Michael Bailey said. Michael Bailey is the Regional Golf Course Superintendent at Warner Springs Ranch Golf Club in northeast San Diego County.
Bailey said it would be completely out of character for his daughter or her friend, both students at the Temecula Preparatory School, to run off.
“Investigators are concerned because it's been kind of long,” Bailey said. “Detectives are going to actively start following up on leads today,” he said Monday morning.
Riverside Sheriff's Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez said Monday afternoon that three detectives are involved. He also said, however, that “all leads in this investigation indicate the girls have run away.”
He would not elaborate.

Julianne had a cell phone, and records show a call was placed at 2:45 a.m. Saturday requesting a taxi at the Pechanga Casino
, which is 10 miles from the Bailey house in the French Valley Winchester area of Temecula.

No further calls have been made, and the phone has been shut off, phone records show.
Bailey said the cab company has no record of having picked up two girls near the casino.

Fliers showing photos of the girls and contact information are being distributed throughout the Temecula area.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Riverside County Sheriff's Department at (951) 696-3000.

Casinos are like prisons..   Lots of strange people hang around both of these places..mo.

I get the feeling the called a taxi because of somebody following or possibly harassing them..

I wonder if a taxi made an attempt to pick up ??? was it dispatched ? Because The girls not being at the pick up point on arrival so it was a no show ?

By willingness or by force they got into the vehicle ..
That calls exact position and look for evidence of an abduction.

If they have run away I would be surprised but always willing to except, much better then an abduction or worse..
So you know that would be the best that they ran away ..Were they pissed at the mom dads or the world ??
Did one lead the other ??

They could be in Mexico by now...

Their cell phones hold the key to what has happened to them. 10 miles from home,
They called for a taxi near Pachenga?
What were they doing there at 2:45am ?
How did they get there ?

What surveillance video exists in the area?

Police searching for 15-year-old missing girl
From staff reports

Alexandria Phipps, 15, left her Thousand Oaks home early Monday morning to walk to Westlake High School, where she's been a student for about two months.

Phipps never arrived at the school, which is located about a mile and a half from her home.

Authorities said Phipps moved to the area from Fresno about two months ago and has few friends.

Known as "Allie" to her friends, Phipps is an honor student, authorities said. She has no history of running away and is described as a quiet girl with no criminal history.

Her friends, family and teachers said she was happy to be living in the area and attending school in Thousand Oaks.

She is 5-foot 8-inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has red hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a gold tank top with multicolor horizontal lines when last seen. She also had a blue jacket or hoodie with angel wings on the back, blue jeans, black shoes and was carrying a black and red backpack.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Thousand Oaks police at 494-8216.

Missing L.A. Girl Found in Home

A 16-year-old girl reported missing from the Los Angeles area for several days was rescued from a home in southwest Albuquerque on Monday evening, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, and a man in the home was arrested and turned over to the FBI.

Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White said deputies received a call from California law enforcement officials about 6 p.m. Monday regarding the missing teen and provided an address in the 2600 block of Kelly Road SW where she might be.

"As they were walking up to the house, they looked through a window and they could see the girl ... and it was clear that she was in danger," White said.

"While I can't get into the details of what they witnessed, it was clear that, had the deputies not acted as quickly as they did, this girl was in jeopardy of significant harm," he said.

Investigators took the girl into protective custody. They declined to identify either the girl or the man who was arrested. White said they were the only two people in the house when deputies arrived.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- A teenager who was reported missing from the Los Angeles area has been found in Bernalillo County, authorities said.

Bernalillo County Sheriff's deputies and FBI agents focused on a house on the 2600 block of Kelly SW in South Valley.

BCSO received a call from law enforcement in the LA area at about 6 p.m. Monday and asked sheriff's deputies to check that home.

Officials said a 16-year-old girl from California, who went missing a couple days ago, was found in the home when deputies peered through the window.

The teenager was with an older man when they looked through windows and that's when deputies realized they had to move in right away, according to BCSO Sheriff Darren White.

The condition of the girl was not immediately available. There is no word on her condition.

I think Edward mentioned this case before.  If so, sorry for the repeat:

Nine indicted on child sex trafficking charges
Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 5:59 p.m.

OCEANSIDE — Five men and three women from Oceanside have been indicted on numerous federal charges related to prostitution, including the sex trafficking of children, authorities said Tuesday.

The group are accused of being members of a criminal street gang from North County and southern Riverside County that used Craigslist between January and November 2009 to solicit clients for the women, ages 15, 16 and 19, authorities said.

The group, which includes a ninth person from Wildomar, was indicted December 4th, authorities said. The indictment was unsealed Tuesday during an appearance in San Diego federal court in which six of the defendants pleaded not guilty. The remaining three are incarcerated on state charges and are expected to soon be transferred to the federal system, authorities said.

If convicted, the defendants face a minimum sentence between 10 to 15 years in prison and a maximum of life in prison depending on their criminal history, authorities said.

Sheriff’s deputies were searching today for a man who reportedly tried to grab a woman off a Camarillo street, authorities said. The 25-year-old woman told deputies that she was walking alone along Castillo De Rosa near Worth Way about 1:50 a.m. today when a man in a pickup truck pulled alongside her and asked directions to the nearest gas station, the Sheriff’s Department reported. As the woman began giving him directions, the man got out of the truck, grabbed her and tried to pull her toward the truck, she told deputies. She broke free and ran, while the man got into his truck and drove away south on Worth Way toward Upland Road, authorities said. Deputies searched the area but found nothing. The woman said the man was in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6 feet, 180 pounds, with short brown hair and wearing a yellow T-shirt with a black design across the chest. The truck was an older, full-sized pickup with an extended cab, dark-colored paint and a diamond-plated toolbox in the back. Anyone with information should call police at 388-5100.
